Something bugs me. Quite a number of people here said that Kaidou's WSC status is merely a "rumor", or something being "said" by other people. While WB's WSM and Mihawk's WSS is legitimate powerlevel-related tatus.
---
1. True or false info
- In Kaidou's introduction chapter, i recall that "people say..."
- Is it a rumor if people said something? Is it a false info?
- People have said that Luffy is 8-meter giant, or some other false info. People have also said Mihawk is WSS, and Kaidou is invincible. Orochi also has Kaidou's name as an easy guarantee even against WG, the strongest collective entity.
- So from these kind of things, people have heard and said false info and people have also heard and said credible info.
- So how about the people mentioned by the narrator? Is it for granted that the mention of "people saying something" means the title is fake?
---
2. Comparation to other titles
Sengoku said in Marineford, WSM was about to attack. But in the same arc, WB himself said that he cant be the strongest forever. So for me this shows that WSM title itself, in One Piece, is also less than permanent or absolute.
Kaidou was disarmed by Neko, and also needed a hostage. Sick WB was stabbed into bleeding by Squardo even though Sengoku also said about WB being the WSM.
WSS hasn't been approached by this kind of title-lessening scenes though. But can we say that WSC and WSM titles has similar credibility, due to scenes or statements reducing them both from being absolute?
---
3. How do you, personally, fit into all this?
- How absolute do you consider WSC title compared to WSM and WSS?
- Do you have some wishful thinking or some motive, to support or hinder certain characters, as a cause or factor of your consideration?
