Only part I can agree is about Robin...she is doing fine in Wano but still I can say she is underutilized so far whereas others they are doing fine by their defined roles..

Chopper as a doctor shined enough in Zou and post WCI/Wano but as a fighter he is lacking feats but still he is good enough to hold BigMom outrage though she was skinny af.
Nami need not to say how much she was helpful in the WCI arc....
Franky done his assigned job in DR and so far he has done his "shipwright" job good enough in Wano/Zou....he is neither bad nor good
Zoro is fine except for some character development/exploration
Sanji as a character has great development in WCI arc and he has been doing great job in wano...
Brook was MVP of WCI arc...his feat of stealing poneglyph outshines the feat of Luffy defeating Katakuri
Usopp is practically god in DR..he is a coward but still he got the job done...Luffy had his back...he is part of the reason for the formation of SHGF....
