He dodged him once. Second time Sanji landed his hit on him.

Doesnt matter....Sanji still has stronger attacks than what he used on Doffy

We'd know if he used haki. Nothing indicates that he did. Sanji feats shit on Doffy. Doffy couldnt even hold Law's sword without bleeding like a bitch. Whilst Sanji is blocking full momentum hits from Judge and Daifuku's bladed weapons...and gets no damage. He has hype that Tobbi-Roppo would injure their hand if he used CoA. Doffy has no such feats.
