This goes for everybody around the YC level or below except the very few with a perfect power to counter his ones. Doflamingo is a monster and his powers are broken. If you have no knowledge about them, you are dead unless you are a top tier, Ben Beckman, Marco and maybe Katakuri. And I've included the latter two because they have broken powers too.

He got scared by Sanji
The same Doffy that was casually fighting Fujitora + Law and smile when Zoro and Kinemon charging at him.
And Doffy already acknowledged Sanji while he never praises Luffy's attacks at all.
The reason why Sanji lost is because he got trapped in Parasite and Doffy got the air maneuver advantage.
The same move that he uses against Jozu.
If Sanji didn't get trapped in Parasite then he would have beat Doffy's ass but the plot didn't allow Sanji to take out the main villain of the story.

If you dont see that stronger individuals(rooftop SNs) are doing that job instead of Sanji, you need to pay more attention.

Against RS Sanji Doffy would need 3 moves and he’s dead , Laws biggest mistake was rescuing that simp. Now we have also Big mom in Wano, Zoro was right in Zou. And we’ve got this shitty O-Lin plot too 
Mingo fighting luffy and law ain't like cracker fighting nami and luffy. Mingo fought with trebel and bellamy and only really fought luffy and law together for what a couple seconds. Cracker fought nami who was constantly nerfing his power as well as luffy while homies were helping luffy and nami. Not only did cracker fight in a worse situation he did it alot longer.
Luffy and law would mid diff mingo. Mingo had no counter for their switching which is why after the first time he split them up. You are wildly underestimating g2/g3 can fight with mingo and law at any moment has the potential to 1 shot him. If luffy goes G4 law would be forcing mingo to take every hit since he could swap him right in front of luffy. And if mingo goes for law he turns his back to be open to luffy for free hits. Awakening is irrelevant since law can swap around it and luffy already shown he can match it.
Lastly no it wasn't dressrosa vs mingo or he would have died. Fodder slowed mingo down and fodder is a far cry from dressrosa that had guys like sabo and zoro.

He has a very situational power, it's hard to place him on a precise level judging his feats. On top of this, he fought when he was already severely injured and probably against G4 Luffy he just tried to preserve his strength to hit him harder at the end but he underestimated his enemy.
He almost destroyed a country, Luffy slept for days after his fight against him and he has CoC and aawakening. Too good of a showing for someone around Cracker or Jack. He can't be that far from Katakuri, even in the worst scenario imo.

People out here acting like Parasite didnt win the fight for Doffy. Without Parasite, Doffy can't handle Sanji as easily. Parasite is a shitty move that can oneshot anyone unless they know of its existence and can dodge it....or if they have an expanding power.

That is nonsense. You need to look at the context of those fights. In Dressrosa Law was fighting an Admiral and multiple rounds against Doflamingo all while maintaining the big room. That is why he uses room more "casual" Now. He was simply less exhausted in his wano showings. So at most you can Argue he is in a better condition. Stronger? Not at all.

Why are we discounting Parasite? Like isn't that one of Doffy's move. It's like saying "people out here acting like Gear 4 didn't win the fight for Luffy. Without Gear 4, Luffy can't handle Doffy as easily".
