Keeping real

It makes no sense what Oda is doing with Mihawk.

He was introduced as a lone wolf that do as he pleases.

When Shichibukai title was removed and marines were after him he showed no concern about it.

Now at same time, he is joining an organization, for whatever reason he wants to leave his place because of marines but we also learn that he used to hunt marines too.

It would make sense if he wanted to leave his place because he doesn't have peace anymore since everybody knows where he lives. But doesn't make sense him joining Cross Guilds.

Mihawk left to keep his home intact, you can bet that the Marines won't return to destroy the entire place even though they should.

Mihawk does have some interest in the world, like when he went to Shanks to talk about Luffy, or watching Roger's execution.
As a warlord he was always in touch with what was going on, now he doesn't have that. Him and Croco seem to know each other well.

Fuji kizaru combo in the sea would be an overkill for many pirate crews lol.
I don't think they could kill some strawhats thought.
Their attacks, even if the strawhats couldn't see the admirals they wouldn't hit the sunny.
Now if strawhats could see/sense them, the admirals would have a big problem.
Luffy alone would be quite troublesome, even for 2 admirals lol.
Yeah, it's not strictly the mugiwaras but most (every?) crews would be in deep shit.

Jinbei could get away, Sanji too. Maybe Usopp.

But then you have the Hammers: Luffy, Chopper, Robin, Brook that would be in great trouble.

Zoro, Franky and Nami are just normal humans in water and they lack blocking techniques like Bartolomeo or Mr3.

Best bet is to send Luffy and Sanji too fight them in the air, I agree. But that is only possible if they have CoO activated all the time so they can't get ambushed.

The question is how Laido lived after being captured so many times. Literally you can just drown him. Either saved by his crewmates or Oda didn't think. Talk about plot armor. :milaugh:

None of these guys think to throw Laido in the water when he was captured?

Mihawk is an smart and wisdom person, that's why he is a par of what is happening at world and presence main events like Roger's execution and Marineford war.

What? He left. That's not his home anymore. He doesn't even bother to come back there.
