Being able to sense Obito better does not again mean it would be impossible for Obito to blitze him again. Sasuke can sense Kaido all he wants, he could still struggle to dodge a TB, like how Luffy was struggling to do so, even with FS.

Base Luffy has FS, and still, he was struggling to dodge Kaidos attacks. And Kaido was still able to hit g5 in CQC in his hybrid form, g5 Luffy being the form that was able to fight Kizaru. I don't think it would be crazy to say that Kaido could win against pre Six paths upgrades Sasuke, but we can agree to disagree.

Most one piece characters aren't moving at lightning speed. They can react to it though, but traversing at those speeds is an entirely different discussion. This is one of the major perks of the goro goro no mi, it gives you lightning mobility.

It's the same deal with Kizaru, just cause they can react to Kizaru doesn't mean they are all able to move as fast as Kizaru, they can't.
