The continued absence of the prosecution is causing undue delay and violating my client’s fundamental right to a speedy and fair trial.
There’s no justification for their non-appearance repeatedly.
No evidence has been presented, and the arguments they made were clearly refuted by proper counter arguments and with evidences, leaving no rational and legal grounds for their case.
Even with witness testimony, we see lack of participation from the prosecution.
We respectfully request that the proceedings be dismissed for want of prosecution, and my client be acquitted and free from all charges.
