We are gathered here not to judge crimes, but to witness the greatest performance in courtroom fiction since "Boston Legal and Suits".

Before I give my opening statement and dissect fraudulent claims of the prosecution, I would like to ask all of you - what we all represent?

Answer is we represent faith - belief of comman men that we will do justice with no biasedness.

But....but when one of us, use this process of law to give shape to their own hatred, then this vary belief of common men on us is shaken to the core.

This post made before Al sama was even accused, reflects that @AL sama is nothing but the victim of Vendetta and revenge by @hime for losing a previous case.

A chat leak between prosecution team which clearly highlights the extent prosecution teams are planning to go to settle scores with @AL sama .

Having that said, it's time I address all the charges and expose their fraudulent planning.

1. Horny Ass Clickbait Thumbnails

YouTube has been known to be a platform for expression. We see Mr. Beast challenges, piano covers, news reports, satisfying video compilations, even cringey POV videos. But despite it all, there exists a boundary. And @AL sama has crossed the line.

@AL sama's thumbnails are not thumbnails. They are thirst traps with titles.

Anime girls with their titties out, ONLY TO BE SHOWN IN THE VIDEOS FOR A COUPLE SECONDS. This is the ultimate crime.
Preying on anime fans and forum degens like us, @AL sama tries to increase his views and feed the algorithm on sins.

We must put a stop to this.

Please... that's marketing.

Is creativity now a crime? If exaggeration for views was a sin, the entire internet would be on trial.


The prosecution conveniently forgets that the community clicked those thumbnails willingly, again and again and was not forced by Al Sama

2. AI Voice

AL sama or AI sama???

You click one of his horny ass looking youtube videos, expecting a human voice talking about waifus, and instead you get a robotic AI. He couldn't even give us the pleasure of putting a female voice instead. What an outrage! No one wants to hear filthy AI crap. Leave the AI for the likes of @Alexis2282AE .

AL Sama didn’t deceive; he innovated. Using AI narration isn’t a crime, it’s a tool, much like the ones used by half the YouTubers in existence. Shall we also jail Alexa and Siri?

AL sama uses AI due to privacy concerns, so isn't charging the man for this violates Right to Privacy?

3. Deleting Posts

The old “delete and retreat.”

Whenever the conversation gets spicy, whenever the heat rises in a thread, AL Sama is there with the delete button. Posts vanish. Arguments disappear. Evidence evaporates.

Imagine trying to read through threads later and get your daily fill of drama. WELL TOO BAD BECAUSE HE DELETED IT ALL.

Haven't we all seen @TheAncientCenturion fake news spoilers or toxic mafia game experience - @Flower , @Fujishiro and @Rej experienced it first hand.

Recently, we saw how finalbeta hijacked the sign up thread and made toxic atmosphere for likes of @Daniel @Dr. Watson @hime @Ratchet @Mashiro Blue

This forum is a battlefield. We all experienced insults and how toxic threads can get. Strategic deletion of posts is not suppression, but keeping chaos limited and making this place enjoyable for others. As a mod, it's his duty.

We all need to ask one question - if Al sama was in power trip then why @Bogard and @Pantheos and @Uncle Van still have him as mod?

Truth is - He's being charged for being competent and efficient at his job unlike the prosecution team.

4. Hypocrisy About Post Deletion

Well, folks. We saw it in this very own thread. The minute the honorable @Tyki_Mikk deleted a post, how did @AL sama react?? He was upset! Upset that another mod tried to exercise his rightfully given powers. Because @AL sama is a hypocrite who likes maintaining all the control. I assure you, his hypocrisy likely spreads to many many many other places as well.

4. Hypocrisy about jailing.

I guess prosecution doesn't know that this forum is not a lawless land. Every mod has a section to run. Al sama has it's own and so does tyki. Al sama wasn't upset but wasn't expecting @Tyki_Mikk to moderate in his own section.

5. Rigging the @Pot Goblin and @Bepo D. Bear Trial

Justice is meant to be blind, but in the @Pot Goblin and @Bepo D. Bear trial, justice was gagged, blindfolded, and pushed off a fucking cliff.

The jury very clearly gave the verdict of "innocently guilty" to @Pot Goblin and @Bepo D. Bear , but @AL sama took over the courtroom and gave them a regular guilty verdict instead. This is not okay. Of course, you could argue that @AL sama was just confused by what the jury truly voted, but as you can see below, this was later fully clarified.

In the above post by @Kerkovian , they say that they "voted for not guilty... like fellow jury members"

@AL sama , however, completely ignored this and never changed his decision.

5. “Rigging trials”

Heh.... My fellow prosecution doesn't know how jury system works or this is another instance of giving selective information to the jury to fool them.

6. The Coup Against Judge @Reborn

@Reborn was a fair judge. He ruled over his courtroom with dignity and baldness.
However, @AL sama was not fond of this. As stated earlier in charge #4, @AL sama likes being in control.
So what did he do?
He overthrew the judge.
A backdoor takeover. An unannounced coup. @Reborn was dethroned, and chaos reigned.

He even threatened to throw @Reborn in jail!!!

Members of the jury, the evidence is clear: @AL sama did not want justice. He wanted control.

6. “Coup Against Reborn”

As the man apparently overthrown, I stand here today, defending Al Sama. Why? Because unlike the prosecution, I recognize drama from actual damage.

7. Unlawful Jailing of @Flower and @Tyki_Mikk

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, the tyrant @AL sama . So power-hungry, he throws people in jail without due process. It happened to @Flower in the @Pot Goblin and @Bepo D. Bear trial, simply for practicing witchcraft. Something that has a place here in this forum. It also happened to @Tyki_Mikk who was accused of bribery by a witness but there was no evidence provided at all other than the words of a single witness, before @AL sama took the pleasure of throwing another mod into jail. THIS MAN IS ON A POWER TRIP.

7. “Unlawful Jailing”

So, he jailed people for not living upto their duties? My fellow prosecution forgot that @AL sama was role playing as the Chief Justice. And, it was his utmost duty to ensure fair trial.

Should we now arrest Monopoly players for sending someone to jail square?

8. Betrayal of his Nakama: Me, @hime

This one is quite personal..........

As I played the Hurt & Heal with @AL sama , I agreed to help him one day and even called upon my own allies to offer him support on his mission.

Also, whatever Al sama did, was within the laws of the game. This charge irks of @hime being salty of losing. If she has anyone to blame then it's herself for not being strategic.

And, if Al sama is such a lack of trust worthy person then why hime subbed him in the mafia game as the host. @Rej @Fujishiro @Dr_Professor83 can testify that this could only be done by the host.

And, she herself betrayed Al sama in Mafia game. This is the transcript from my conversation with @Dr_Professor83 who is a habitual mafia player.

We didn't see al charging her for the betrayal as he knows the difference between the fiction and the reality

9. The Death of Worstgen

And now for the creme brulee of it all. The moment @TheKnightOfTheSea made the sign-up thread for this very trial, the forum started going down over and over and over again. Members of the jury... this is no coincidence... @AL sama WAS TRYING TO KILL THE FORUM TO HIDE HIS MANY MANY CRIMES! He tried to silence us all, rid us all of the forum we so love and cherish. He tried to commit a murder.

Friends, he tried to take our home away from us, we can't turn a blind eye to that.


Members of the jury, let's ensure that this man is held responsible for his crimes.
I ask that you find @AL sama GUILTY on all counts.

Let us not overlook the personal grudge.

Prosecution entire case is built on feelings, frustration and not being able to take L's gracefully.

I ask the jury:
Is this a criminal trial… or a rage quit in slow motion?

The prosecution would have you believe that AL Sama is a tyrant, a manipulator, a chaos agent.

In reality? He's guilty only of being efficient, intelligent, and chronically online.
