NOBODY WHO'S BLINDFOLDED OR BLIND CAN SENSE OTHERS , ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO DODGING /REACTION TO ATTACKS WITHOUT THE USE OF COO

Btw IT WAS NEVER STATED ANYWHERE THAT SEASTONE NEGATE HAKI !

So with that in mind,
  • Loki was able to dodge Kong Gun in close range (something you can't do without CoO )
Then against Gunko :
  • Gunko didnt explain her powers offscreen
  • He was able to predict her attacks
  • He was able to thank her for the warning (explanation) before she could do
  • Then Gunko does exactly what he predicted : give him a warning and attack the same way he foresaw
You will ask : why didn't he use CoA then?
It's easier to use CoO than CoA especially when you're weakened

Why didn't he dodge ? He got no energy, he's chained and he can't dodge attacks coming from all side. He can only dodge one at the time in that position.

LOKI did what Katakuri did where he was thanking Luffy before he spoke or when he was seeing what Capone would say.

Nobody in this manga has predicted attacks and someone speech without it being FS
Especially blindfolded ?!

Kairoseki negates DF abilities and weakens DF users... If the weakened DF user uses Haki, if not trained well it is weakened as well...

All we know is that Haki can only be negated by a more powerful Haki... But Kaido's statements about Haki seems fishy, and then we saw the abilities of the Gorosei wherein they can counter some Haki techniques without resorting to using one...

Luffy complains about not being able to use haki while chained with seastone

Gunko's powers are clearly explained in such a way that the person is shown how they will be attacked but still be unable to avoid it

Also, while it is true that Loki is blindfolded, that doesn't necessarily mean he can't see at all.

That's how it works.
If you focused too much on 10 seconds future, you'll overlook the the upcoming 3 seconds

Loki's FS is not that good yet

He can't see !!! Or else he'll notice Shamrock face being similar to Shanks

Also gunko only explained her powers after Loki predicted everything

The dude is super weakened
Chained for 6 years with seastone and got beaten up by Gunko

He's not going to be using fs that much

He didn't

There's a different between using a skill occasionally or few times , and using it 24/7 without getting exhausted really

Also Shanks was focused on kid alone
Katakuri was in a more chaotic situation at tea party where enemies are everywhere , yet he was seeing almost everything about anyone at the same time

Blud Shanks wasn't in any fighting scenario. He was chatting with his crew and checking out Kidd's biodata. He was calm and he sensed what Kidd did 10 seconds into the future. This just suggests he has it on most of the time, atleast when he's not drinking or not in a scenario where he knows he's with trusted people

Katakuri has used fs casually, in a battle, in dire situation, while eating and drinking,...
All without needing to switch it on and off
