Imagine Loki as a speedster with FS, would be dope but as others have said this chapter isn't direct confirmation. We need to wait a bit more. Loki definitely has solid Observation to say the least.

Katakuri is Mr. Future Sight because it's his greatest ability, he's a future sight merchant. Luffy said that future sight is the one skill that is special about Katakuri. For Shanks, FS is just a side hustle, he is the Haki man after all, repeatedly highlighted for his conqueror's Haki, even put into sentence with Joyboy's Haki.

Effectively, Katakuri's and Shanks' future sight should be equal, as it's Katakuri's speciality after all.

As for Loki, he does not seem to have it, as Gunko's ability works by giving her opponent a heads up. That's why Loki thanked her in the first place (sarcastically).

Like how could he predict kicks also since they're claiming he's magically seeing arrows signals

well he did forsee luffy attack, and dodge luffy without his eye sight..

also he did not noticed double ganger shanks or he would been pissed off.. so that confirms he can't use his eyes.. but using something else. looks to be future sight, or he has incredible hearing that he can detect movement in his direction..

but loki reaction to luffy, shows he aware it was a aggressive attack..... so......

Usopp's DR CoO feats debunks this being "FS for sure".
It could be but also not.
You will have to wait and see whether he has it or not.

Loki was able to dodge Kong Gun in close range (something you can't do without CoO )

Literally the most basic CoO feat that reads intent... Satori from Skypiea can dodge it.

Great that's basic CoO not future site, this isn't first time gunko has attacked Loki so his sensing the arrows near his face something that she done before, nothing in the chapter hinted that he had future site.
