Primordial world as we have seen consists of monsters 3-5 times bigger than a normal giant, so I doubt anyone who is naturally big enough to wield that sword. If it was wield by someone, that person might need to be bigger than the Adam Tree to wield it with the absurdity of enlargement.

In Wano i thought Luffy would grab it when hes giant and take Kaidos head with it. Would be his first kill but its a yonko. Thought this time it will be something special. Now in Elban i think it will be unused like in Wano. Or Oda wants that we think this after the unused sword in Wano o.o

Due to sheer size, it is hard to imagine that sword to be wielded by anyone.
The character would have to be bigger than Elbaf itself which is ridiculously big.
Considering that there are only 2 in the world, a longsword in Elbaf and a katana in Wano, this might purely be a build up for Zoro and Mihawk who wield the same type of swords.

I doubt anyone can forge that sword, probably some DF users from the past enlarge it alongside the wielder. Then the wielder died and left the sword there.
