Alright answer these questions for me then:
Did Ryokugyu know Kaido was a cheater and a fraud? Or did Ryokugyu hear the incorrect rumors of Kaido winning all these fights fairly and just build an incorrect worldview of Kaido based upon those? Ryokugyu has never been to Wano correct? So how would he know how pathetic Kaido actually was?

Aramaki never mentioned Kaido’s strength once, he brought Kaido’s regime as what kept the others away. What would he have gained from going in Wano when Kaido was having a business with the WG and was an useful idiot keeping rookies away from the One Piece? Kaido kept him away because when he was here he had literally zero reason to go in Wano.

In all fairness, the VAs should be a bit much for most of the crew. I think the jobbing comments are towards Zoro and Sanji which until these VAs get massive Cross Guild Bounties feel like they should wreck VAs after what oda did to them in Dressrosa. (Fuck Maynard. Dude should’ve been a captain at most)
Kaido went down to a group effort. Not Luffy alone and the fact that he was given a similar bounty to Mid reinforced the idea to GB that he wasnt up to snuff.
When GB meant crew he referred to Shanks and co as a crew, when he spoke about Kaido he spoke about him alone. Why didnt he say beast pirates huh?

Straw Hat is canonically a much bigger threat than Kaido who was working for the WG interest , this is why Gorosei literally sent one of their agents help Kaido win his fight against Straw Hat lol. Yep, this is literally canon. Gorosei literally helped Kaido win his battle and somehow I’m supposed to believe the marine had any incentive to come after that glorified WG’s puppet lol
Way to read what you want to read, they decided that Luffy was someone they needed to get rid off asap before he awakens hence why they had CP-0 inferfere with their fight.
