Funnily enough, she's being added to League as a new champion this year and she won't be the only one being added from Arcane too!:

She's gonna end up going to war with Piltover and Zaun over what happened to Mel at the end. Thus giving more reason for Noxus to appear and setting them up too. I really want to see Briar in Arcane now too, I love her.

But I'm dying to see Bilgewater get featured too, especially Miss Fortune, my goat apart from Jinx herself.

It definitely is, there were subtle clues in season 1 to who Warwick is. Also in Warwick's lines in League and Runeterra AFAIK.
