Sure they are. This is an obscure truth Oda doesn't want to reveal but the majority of female characters in OP are indeed related to Nami. Sometimes something goes wtong like horns of giantification but you can still see the relation on their faces.

There are distinct features, eyelashes and eyebrows, but they're minor. There are only so many ways any given artist can draw "a beautiful young woman." Please, tell me a comic artist who doesn't repeat a face within the first ten female characters. And it's inherently worse in black and white.

- Nami's epithet is Cat Burglar. Out of all 10 Straw Hats, only her whose epithet is named after a Beast.
- Kaido tried to suicide and hurt himself. While Nami on her central arc did the same but less drastic, by repeatedly stabbing her own arm with a knife.
- Nami is cunning and famous for tricked others (stealing the ship from Jonny and Yosaku, multiplying Zoro's loans, etc). While Kaido also tricked Oden.
- Kaido made his debut in Sky Island. Guess which Straw Hat spent the timeskip also in Sky Island?
- Kaido's most distinct trait is his dragon (animal) tattoo. Guess which Straw Hat that also has an animal tattoo?


Now with Yamato appears as Nami clone, it just confirms all these things.

Lol but that's only 2 characters, and Nana is a flashback character with little relevance in the present. Unlike One Piece there are no multitude of characters looking like slighty tweaked version of Ochaco roaming around.
