Especially because he keeps quoting "Plato's Atlantis" as if that meant something? Plato wrote very few paragraphs on Atlantis by crediting Solon as the person who told him about this supposed city which only served as a political argument. He depicts it as if Plato had written an "Atlantis book" as a piece of literary work akin to modern ones instead of just an allegory.
But sincerely, since Lee seems to have not read nor seen anything but anime/manga and stories for children, I suspect he actually believes Plato wrote a book on Atlantis (hence the Plato's Atlantis wording) that deeply detailed the characteristics and plots of the city and what happened there.
