I guess it's because Franky and Robin are both fighting a Tobi Roppo so they think Brook should fight a Tobi Roppo as well, also because Who's Who carries a sword and so does Brook so that's probably another reason why lol.

Jinbe should more likely win no matter whom between him and Jack he faced, or even someone else, because he is powerful. In other words, this time PIS might not be required to move forward which is good news.

I know this destroyed many headcanons with Jinbei being above Sanji, Zoro, or equal to them, etc. But he is sharing tables with Franky, not with those two

Brook already said that BM is a good matchup for him and besides this is another parallelism with Thriller Bark in this arc.

The only reason this match looks a little out of place is that WsW holds a sword while Jimbei is a martial fighter.
But everything else seems compatible, starting with their past relationship to the "cat versus fish" thing.
Also, I've always seen Sanji and Zoro above him for a simple narrative prospective (they are Luffy's right and left hands from the start of the story and I don't think this status will change until the end of the manga), so him defeating one of the 2/3 strongest Tobiroppo seams just fine if he doesn't struggle too much. An high diff win vs WsW is ok, while Sanji vs a Calamity has to be a very high diff/extreme diff win.

I'm cool with Robin and Brook vs Black Maria. Jimbei should continue his fight since he has reasons to fight Who's Who (them knowing each other). Only thing I'm wondering is how will Carrot and Wanda finish off Perospero if Sulong ran out. Most match-ups are set for now.
