Maria is more skilled with her webs. Whilst Sasaki is more stronger and resilient.

In a fight Sasaki would win, unless Maria has a way to hurt him.

Overall in impressiveness, Id give it to Maria. She had Robin on the ropes and decimated her giant form with skills and what not. Sasaki was constantly struggling against Franky.

This passive increase the longer you are in the crew is headcanon and at best speculation based on nothing. Sasaki and BM already got the Yonko influence boosts, Sasaki is older + has more pirating experience and fame than BM, so BM can only make up for this difference by being outright stronger or a better fighter than BM.

Wait and see what happens with Usopp's bounty just for being a part of the SH crew.

Its not for Sanji at all. Her performance against Sanji wasnt that impressive….other than her webs being able to restrain him. I actually like Black Maria the most in the Beast Pirates. And her fight with Robin is top 3.
