Powers & Abilities Black lightning sparkles are a sign of CoC Haki? identify possibe CoC users with panels (Yamato, Sabo, Sanji, Elizabello and Sai)

Attacks with usual black lightning is common in OP among fighters of high and decent caliber it’s not necessarily about CoC, it’s also a means to show a said attack or clash is strong. Otherwise the number of CoC users is gonna triple which isn’t happening.

not really that common about every one is listed in this thread there are only few.
and the majority have the potential of having CoC haki.
for example Sabo as brother of Luffy and Ace and the second in the Revos
Sanji as the left hand of Luffy and Zoro's rival in the crew
Sai as Don Chinjao's grandson
Jinbe as a warlord and strongest Fishman at least one of them should have it Jinbe has the potential.
Ulti as one of the few people in her crew who trash talk to everyone even to kaido himself.
and Elizabello's attack would not make any sense if it was anything but CoC haki. it is basically advanced CoC but since Elizabello is too weak he needs an hour to infuse his punch with CoC haki

not neeccarily old it is just a hypthesis if those sparkles is a sign that those people have CoC, so about all o them obviously are not using advanced CoC haki but it could just some CoC leaks when they clash. as you can see the majority of them shows this feat when they are angry.
see the following Jinbe is angered he is even visible armament here but still the sparks are showing.

Oda had many opportunities to show Sabo with CoC back in DR yet didn’t so he definitely doesn’t have it.. Sai is unknown he may have it, but definitely the original GF captains won’t have it. CoC is gonna be special for Luffy and his crew and not his GF. Jinbei has shown no potential like literally ZERO. Ulti’s story is done if there was hope for her, Oda would’ve shown in either on panel or in VC. Elizabello, would also have had hopes if VCs or DR arc have shown it, but no. It’s not even like he would get much screen time in the future… Oda isn’t gonna waste panel time just to say look guys he also has CoC! How hype!

he definintly have it. the Yonkos has at least one another in their crew that can use it so Dragon will have Sabo it is no question about that. Dressroa was not Sabo's arc.

Elizabello having COC could be a thing,it would explain why he can't spam his King's punch many times a day!
Sanji should get it since Zoro has it,Ussop was hinted by Oda as candidate for it too!
Sabo is also a strong candidate being Ace 2.0!

Zoro is not aware of his ability he will grow massively if he is able to use it.

Zoro doesn't need it. He's already outperformed everyone on the alliance. And almost killed Kaido during the second chapter of Roof Piece.

It fulfills the second characteristic I mentioned but what about the shape of the black rays??? All I've talked about are just the ways I found it easier to identify the use of CoC in attacks, but Oda himself hasn't been clear on the differences between CoA and CoC. So, while my method has acceptable accuracy, it's just conjecture for now.

If black lightning alone was confirmation, then Oda wouldn't have needed to reconfirm that yamato can use it
