Alright I got some time @zenox so the game is kind of like this, its a bit of a slow paced game so take your time dont try to do everything and youll be fine.
First things first, the game has two phases. A day phase ( Usually lasts 24 hours but the first day will be 48 hours), there you can talk in the thread or your PM and a night phase. During the day phase you can vote to lynch (eliminate) a player just like Among Us.
During the night phase, people cant talk in the thread or vote to lynch but they can talk in their PMs to submit actions ( think of your role like an RPG character with abilities), sometimes you can also submit actions through the day, both are done in your PM not in the thread.
If you are a bad guy you usually are in a group PM and can talk to each other at all times day or night in private. Of course you dont let other players know you are a bad guy or mates with your bad guy friends to people in the thread.
Usually depending on the flavor you figure out who is the bad guy or good guy faction, or sometimes you get a character that isnt part of any faction and has his own win condition ( agenda for the game).
Usually what happens is before the game start I will PM you your role.
Lets say your role is this:
Now with your role you cant eliminate them with your abilities but you can hinder roles with your pantsu steal ability, also your main tool to eliminate bad guys is through voting to lynch them ( eliminate). And if they gather enough votes they will be eliminated at the end of the day.

[Passive( This means its an innate ability of yours, think of it as a stat) - Mascot] You are this games mascot any player targetting you at night( players can target each other by submitting targets through the PM I send them their role) with an ability, they cannot target you again the next night. This means exactly what it says, if someone submits your name say night 1 to target you with an action, they cant target you again night 2.
[Active - Pantsu Steal] (This is an active ability, this means you can use it in your PM to target other players. Sometimes you can target yourself depending on your ability). Target a player at night and if they are female, steal their panties. Thus roleblocking them ( roleblock means they cannot perform an action during that night).
Role may have multiple passives and actives depending on the flavor or faction, dont worry I will make sure you all of them are clear and concize for every player.

I saw this thread on "New posts" and I thought it was an actual Bleach discussion.How do you guys go about finding "impostors" in these games? In Amogus you could catch them redhanded or doing something sus, but what can be sus about voting in PMs? Is it about the good guys finding out through their own abilities?

Example of inconsistency one:
I Fujishiro am posting and say that I like Moegara he feels like town ( good guy) then suddenly later on I vote you for no real reason or join others in voting you. Now thats weird because earlier I said I liked you right? So I could be being opportunistic in voting you here.
Another example:
I say I dont like Zenox then later on I vote alongside him, thats another inconsistency. Why would I vote with someone I dont trust?
You vote in the game thread that I will create.
And of course in this type of games abilities will help you a lot in finding impostors, there are those that find out if one if good or bad, those that follow a player and see who they targetted, those that find out who visited a certain player,etc so it shouldnt be too hard for someone new to be helpful. If you join my advice is to not focus too much on the threadplay thing to find inconsistencies unless they are glaring but mostly on your abilities to be helfpful at first, then if you find someone you like then you can follow them.
