In the movie they needed hundreds of byakugans merged together. This could either be specific to needing all them eyes or the chakra in them.

If it's the latter, then Kurama's chakra + the sage chakra (however much kurama has in him and whatever she inherited from Naruto) + Himawari's eyes, should equal her getting the tenseigan.

If its the former then no Bueno really lol. Hopefully it's chakra related. The Tenseigan was the coolest dojutsu in Naruto imo
