Controversial Bottom 5 Character's

With the exceptions of made to hate characters like Charlos, Spandam, Orochi, etc. I wouldn't include them.
My top 5:
1. Pica (trash character with no purpose)
2. Oden (cringe Oda's self-inserted)
3. Momo (crybaby)
4. Shanks (another Oda's self-inserted but slightly more tolerate than Wano's N1 Tik Twerker)
5. Don't have a fifth character so I'mma include every Sanji haters here.

Katakuri and Luffy should’ve just teamed up to almost kill her then if she did survive that Flampe should’ve fought Kaido. And momonosuke is also just the worst look what he did to Robin Nami and Yamato, he was a bigger pervert than sanji then.

These are the people I just can't stand seeing on screen
1. Fujitora - one of the most idiotic people in the manga, only a retard blinds himself on purpose
2. Boa Hancock - started off strong and ended up a pathetic fangirl
3. Dogtooth - too many reasons to go into but Flampe did the right thing
4. Oden/Orochi - by far the biggest disappointments of Wano, goofy, stupid and just overall poorly written, I even like Momo more than his father and that's saying something
5. Lucci - I have no idea why people like this plank of wood
Honourable mention to Kanjuro and the fat bitch that fought nami and brook in dressrosa

Tell me the reasons why you don't like Lucci.
For we all know:
1. Oda really respects Lucci a lot
2. Has good design
3. Lucci will remind older readers about good old days in Water 7 / Ennies Lobby arc, which majorly agreed as best arc in OP history.
Reminded us he was the reason Luffy started using his iconic moves (Gears)
Reminded us how he destroyed both Luffy and Zoro together, and not with logia is untouchable excuse like the case with Crocodile, Enel, and Aokiji.
4. He never turned into Luffy's cheerleaders or tsundere cheerleaders like the usual previous villains.

This isn't unique to Lucci and it's a bit of a strange reason to like someone because of things he didn't do. Axe hand morgan didn't turn into a Luffy cheerleader, he can be your new favourite with that reasoning.
