Luffy: 5 Billion. Post WCI Bounty + 2.5B for Yonko Level CoC +1B for Awakening.
Zoro 2B. Post Dressrosa bounty + 120 based on showings + 1.5B for CoC coating that kills Kaido but obviously needs work.
Sanji 1.33B. Defeating Post Marco+Chopper Queen. Keeping in line with a much lower bounty than Zoro.

Honestly I liked my older predictions better but it is getting harder to believe Luffy's bounty won't sky rocket.

Onigashima has that surveillance system from Kaido (Marys said by Yamato) that supervises everything in heaven and on earth, using harpies and rodents with "cameras", each fight is accompanied live. And worse, CP0 is in control of this system since the beginning of the arc. They even found out that Yamato has Oden's diary. So I think there will be a good performance review this time.

My bets:

Luffy: 5 billion
Law: 2,500 billion
Kid: 2,500 billion
Zoro: 1.690 billion
Sanji: 1330 billion
Yamato: 1200 billion
Killer: between 1 and 1.3 billion (numbers 13 and 77 are being linked to him, performed well in the top battle for a considerable time was 2 supernovas against 1 Yonko while Luffy was out of the fight by fainting or G4 limit).
Jinbei: 910 million
Robin: 630 million
Franky: 594 million
Usopp: 500 million
Chopper: 400 million
Brook: 283 million

Zoro currently having 3B is too much for him at this point in the story tbh tho his final bounty can be at such a number. While 2B seems decently higher than what he deserves… my guess would be around 1.550B ~ 1.7B

*I don’t like the ratio of Zoro & Sanji’s bounties to Luffy but following the regular pattern for Zoro for instance (I.e. Luffy’s bounty x0.4 or Luffy’s bounty x0.6), his bounty will be a bit too high. I also think Oda will give Kidd & Law a significantly higher raise than Zoro & Sanji as to not undermine their feat of defeating a Yonko.

*Also parallel with Yasopp being at least top 4 bounties in the Red Hair Pirates

*imo makes no sense for Brook to get a bounty as high as Robin & Franky so he gets a participation raise of 200mil like Nami & Chopper

*Changed my mind on Sanji's bounty. Think it'd be 1,377,000,000
His bounty pattern changed from 7 to 3 when his lineage was revealed and I think Oda used 3 particularly to emphasize that he's the 3rd son of Germa and even though Sanji didn't want to be associated with the Vinz, his name changed to "Vinsmoke Sanji" so felt like he was fighting the inevitable but now that Sanji seems to have taken hold of his own fate, in hindsight, I think it's unlikely that Oda continues with the 3 pattern so either we go with back to the 7 pattern or Oda mixes up the 3 & 7 to signify the two sides to Sanji and I think the later makes more sense given his feats this arc. Also funnily enough, if Sanji's bounty ends up being 1,377,000,000 and Zoro's 1,420,000,000 it'd somewhat parallel their Enies Lobby bounties (i.e. 120,000,000 -> 77,000,000)

I’m still going with Sanji being 1.77 or 1.67 same rules you said above, but I think zoro and sanji have more stuff coming in wanos final adt

I think you guys are puting the bountie tooo high. Especially for luffy, luffy can BEAT kaido now but he Lost 4 times and was like one of the 20 fighters kaido fought.
Isnt like he came and won a clean fight 1v1 without Lost. Lol.

I think Will be:

Luffy- 3.5 billion (MAX) ( He wont have more than any other yonko, he didint won against 1 only by himself YET)

Zoro - 1.3 billion

Sanji - 1 billion

Jimbe - 850 Million

Robin - 700 Million

Franky - 500 Million

Usopp - 300 million

Brook - 250 Million

Nami - 200 Million

Chopper - 100 Million ( no more gag)

Luffys the first person in 800 years to awaken a fruit feared by the WG so much they changed its name.

Luffy is competing with and defeating the WSC doesn’t matter if he lost before he’s winning this time.

5 billion and some is fair for Luffys new bounty cause were leaving the emperors behind, were entering the true battles of one piece. Both Luffy and BB bounties will surpass any emperor, including WBs.
