Anime also shows Batman owning Luffy and Zoro, so by your logic, Luffy and Zoro have no right to hit anywhere above at all since they couldn't take out enemies even weaker than PO. Honestly Oda can troll the fanbase with four bounties of SHs crew! Zoro and Sanji competition! Oda could make either a bit higher than the other or the same amount as you said for fun. Usopp with yet again a high bounty like 500M. Chopper with extremely low bounty. I see Oda capable of doing all at the same are lol
