In terms of fighting ability, I only think that Luffy in gear 4th is worth over 1 billion. In his usual state his comparable to the other supernova's. That's always sort of been the case.

Yeah, but Don Chinjao was cut down in his prime. Remember, after Garp he gave up. I'm sure if he kept going till old age, his bounty would have been higher.

And Boa's Kingdom > Chinjao's Navy. Remember Happo Navy was just 1 Navy out of Kano. Boa owns a KINGDOM.

Without G4, Luffy is not a league above SNs except maybe those who are vet tier.

Anyway, Kidd bounty was gonna be over 500M if his feats weren't manipulated.
So Kidd is worth 500+M before even DR ended.

Urouge currently has 600+M if his bounty is shown when we see him

Nah... I CAN FIRMLY SAY nobody had bigger bounty than Kidd pre DR/WCI
If Law and Luffy only surpassed Kidd after DR, Urouge after beating Snack

How would Drake have even 400M when he hasn't beaten or faced any YC tier dude as Urouge/Kidd/Law/Luffy did.

Well, he became a huge well known part of Kaido's inner circle.

I wouldn't necessarily say his bounty is higher than Kid's or even Law's, but I could easily see it being comparable.

You don’t need to beat YC tier fighter to gain 400M, I would even say beating a YC lvl fighter would make someone’s bounty in the range of 800 to 900M+ bounty... so 400M is reasonable for those who show enough threat towards WG... either way, I might place Drake’s bounty anywhere from 370M to 450M. Tho his bounty doesn’t matter since he was a under cover marine all along.
