Pirate King or King of the World or maybe both.
There is no such thing as stopping Buggy.

Honestly like if Cross Guild gets Moriah they literally have immediate routes to two Poneglyphs

1. Moriah knows how to get to Wano
2. The Underworld Emperors have logs to WCI

From wano Cross Guild gets:
1. A red poneglyph
2. A Poneglyph reader
3. Pluton
4. Vivre Card to another poneglyph

Then if we have captain Johns treasure being related to the Poneglyph they’ll have all 4
