Gaban, Saul, and Pranks were all major candidates for being the burned man. Yet there’s no indication any of these guys have the 4th road poneglyph.

That leaves one final candidate… Imu himself.

The evidence:

• Imu’s appearance is a mystery after over 100 chapters.
• Shiryu hinting the WG was behind the burned man
• The fact nobody knows anything about the burned man(aka he’s not a famous character)
• Imu has a legendary DF, which fits with what we can assume about the burned man
• Would allow the WG to fall before the OP is discovered
• Imu possibly held the Sun in the mural and fought the Sun god, which could explain how he was burned

ultimately Before Gaban and Shamrock were revealed, it was debatable if they were the burned man

But with their reveal there is only one major silhouette man left…. Imu

It’s probably Gaban. “Burned man” is not the term it’s “Man Marked By Flame” which Gaban the explorer with a flame decal on his forehead and knows everything about the poneglyphs fits the bill.

Why the hell would Imu sail in the 1st place?

Before this i thought it was gonna be Shiki/Xebec but with this chapter, Gaban is easily the strongest candidate

The 4th Red Poneglyph used to be in the Sea Forest of FI, and Gaban went there :
