Powers & Abilities Can katakuri foresee this kind of attack?

flampe's silent needle was targeting luffy and luffy was the one who feel it. not kata. if it was hits kata then he wouldve realize something wrong with his body when needle hits him. eventho it's hard to feel it since it was silent and barely visible bcause of its small shape.
Talking about targeting, in the pudding cry and sanji dodge case, those moments dont target kata (yeah those are just a moment not an attack) but katakuri could still foresee whats gonna happen. So it means that FS could foresee everything not only an attack gonna striking him. Or does it mean someone can only use FS on something he is focusing on..?

pudding cry and fall is clearly visible.
while luffy get hit by little needle is barely visible and ambiguous. bcause it occurs during the fight and could be mixed up with katakuri attack. again the needle is roughly visible. luffy himself barely even feel and realize it.

Katakuri isn't predicting based on intent, he's actually seeing events play out beforehand. The one flaw with it is that he can only foresee one outcome at a time.
This... what many seems to be misunderstanding is that when Katakuri sees the future his actions right after changes it and he doesn't see the result of that change... at least not instantly afterwards. Like when he saw that Sanji would dodge the bullet from the priest he decided to take a shot himself but doesn't see the result of that... which is why Sanji was able to dodge it easily.

Like when Luffy throws a punch at Katakuri, the future he sees is himself getting hit, so he changes the spot when he was hit so that it misses him.
