Why are you not addressing what other people write?
I will address your shitty stupid point because it's just retarded and clearly coming from your biased agenda:
1. Fighting for your friends is a kingly ambition, luffy in thay scenario COULD NOT save Sanji because Germa still had Zeff hostage. Sanji had to sacrifice himself, even at the cost of fighting Luffy.
2. Zoro and Luffy were about to kill each other just to see who was stronger, no morals there just pure competition. Is that what a king does? Kill his best friend to prove he is stronger?
3. Big Mom is a psychopath who wants to eat alive people and kills her children, a person like that IS a conqueror.

I know so far he isn't made for All CoC criteria or whatever
BUT After WCI, He atleast had one of criteria to wield Conquerors Haki which is "Strong Will" to rebel and even defy his whole family and his fate, He also sometimes "Lead" too when Luffy or Zoro not there or even while they were there too.
He may not having a Natural Strong Presence and Aura like Luffy and Zoro, But Sanji is the type of character that seen as Goofy and not strong at first and then unexpectedly one of the Strongest enemy you faced.
Plus we still didn't get full confirmation About Sanji's Fire Whether its his Fighting Spirit in the name "Power of Love" or its just his Unique power from his intense passion and friction caused by his movements like he always claim to be.
