All we know is that the host prefers to use 3-1-9 ratio setups similair to how Ratchet does with 13 players and we have additional unclaimed kills on the write ups. "Most likely" a SK because it's just the most common thing we could anticipate based on host culture.

But there is nothing in the game that occured that confirms a true Serial Killer in the game.
