Chapter 1000: The chaos of the new era
Mihawk flees the Navy and sets out for Shanks. He has a redhead's live card.
Shanks intercepts Buggy and saves the navy, the two finally unite again.
It is revealed that Shanks resides in Elbaf and that the last poneglypf is on Road Star, the last island before Laugh Tale.
Blackbeard accompanied by his bank that includes ex-shichibukai Gecko Moria intercepting Edward Weevil, Teach makes a deal with Bakkin as he plans to attack Luffy and knows that Marco is helping him in the Wano war. After that, they set off in search of Uranus' last ancentral weapon.
The navy also knows the location of Uranos and sends Admiral Kizaru to look for him. Kuzan infiltrated Teach's band, contacts Dragon and the revolutionary army, informing the location of the last ancentral weapon (Uranos).
The revolutionary army plans to use Uranus in its attack against the world government, believing they are with Sabo.
Blackbeard, for his part, plans to use the ancient weapon in his attack on Shanks and anyone with the poneglyphs after the Wano war.
In Mary Geoise Issho and Ryokugyu recover from the attack by the revolutionary army, they were ordered by Akainu to stay on the island to protect the celestial dragons.
A flashback reveals that the government tried to kill Vivi on Im's orders, but Sabo saves her and the two flee the island. The government covers up the attack by accusing Sabo of murder.
Sabo and Vivi leave on their way to Wano to meet Luffy.
In addition, Coby and Hancock leave for Wano informed by X-Drake.
Luffy, Zoro, Law, Kid, Killer arrives to fight Kaido, Wano's war comes to a head.
The scabbards are defeated, one of them is dead, Oda does not reveal who.
At the end we see Rocks D. Xebec begins the flashback of Kaido / Rocks

I feel like at the very least, Luffy and Kaido will have to lock eyes on each other by the end of the chapter.

Okay i think Chapter 1000 will be about the journey Straw hats made so far and the point they reached .
Why do i think it will be about them not others because they all raise up to the challenge and fighting against a guy who is literally unbeatable force along with a woman is equally strong in her own right .
It will be monologue chapter , i dont think rocks or anything will be revealed .

Looking at the 999 predictions, everyone expected at least one extra development not seen in the actual chapter. So I'm setting the bar kinda low. Maybe Luffy is mysteriously defeated before reaching the top or just doesn't make any progress in general. Marco and Zoro dodge some attacks together from the calamities. The Will of d is hinted at. We get a recap of where key figures are right now. Kaido and Big Mom are still farting around. A shadow lurks, and we're reminded of some incident by government figures
