What's the point of their DFs if they have CoC?
Imagine Aokiji punching you from a Distance & avoid touching you to Freeze you
Or Akainu punching from Distance & avoid burning you
They obviously don't have CoC
Teach too is a Yonko but i'm sure he doesn't have CoC or at least Advanced CoC
It's because he have two powerful DFs to compensate for that
Saying Admirals have Advanced CoC just because they are Powerful Marines then you must say that Teach also have it
Teach having Yami Yami + Gura Gura + Advanced CoC means he is even superior than WB & on a whole other level!
Which is obviously not the case. Teach can be strongest but not on a whole other level for sure
So accept it, there are Characters who rely on DFs & those who rely on their Physical Abilities & Haki comes with it
WB was the perfect balance & that's why Oda made him Strongest Man & the perfect Pirate
You think Marines shit their Pants when they saw Luffy activating CoC even though they have +5 Users themselves? Obviously not

I didn't say Marines don't have it
I said Marines don't have +5 Users of it
Even if we combine all Yonko Crews, you will find mostly 8 or 9 Users in there
Saying Marine HQ also have 7 or 8 Users doesn't make sense at all

Oda would decide to give 2 or 3 Marines CoC such as Sengoku, Garp, Koby maybe
But to say every strong Character have it is illogical
Also by looking at their Justice, you can know which one should have CoC & which one shouldn't
Some of them have Neutral Justice, Lazy Justice, Blind Justice ... etc
These aren't words associated with CoC
Sengoku on the other hand have "Reigning Justice" & that's why he have CoC
Akainu have "Absolute Justice" so i'm prepared to accept he might have it but personally doubt it
Garp is 75-25 imo
As for rest, i'm 95% sure they don't
