As I mentioned before, Netero (who’s always looking for someone strong to fight) thought that Hisoka was boring and had no interest in fighting him, despite Hisoka wanting to fight Netero. Hisoka is relative to Chrollo, Silva, and Zeno. Netero considered Ging to be a top 5 Nen user, and Netero didn’t even think that he himself makes the list. Ging >>> Chrollo/Hisoka is obvious
Netero called zeno not ging to help him against mereum btw 
cause he wanted to fight the ants himself. calling any zodiacs was overkill and woulda made netero's work easier.
