yes I did ask ratchet specifically cause he was already open to sharing info when no one else was when I asked for a tl:dr something you know of.

And not being allowed to talk does not necessarily mean that they can´t send in actions by themselves. They just won´t be ablte to communicate and coordinate their actions in maf chat I guess lol
