Exactly.

Zoro and Sanji admiral fights are definitely in the works, if Luffy low diff'd Kizaru no one would be excited for them. So the obvious play here is have Kizaru put up enough of a fight that powered up Zoro/Sanji vs admirals is still interesting.

There is no interesting admiral fight for Zoro besides Kizaru who is most likely going to goofy. Loda ruined GB to hype his delf insert while Fuji has no real reason to fight any strawhat
