again not everyone will have it lol most who have made a name for themselves will though as you said tashigi and don krieg, and i believe the admirals will show it when oda is ready. Also for me at least kuzan and garp clash, zoro and nusjuro clash, are both clashes between supreme kings depicted like oda did luffy and doflamingo with trebol explaining the moment...that is why oda has the lightning everywhere in the moment.

But yeah Admirals who probably doesn't have it can beat AdCoC users like Zoro or Yamato for sure

Acoc is the best firepower boost you can have, obviously only very few df users can compete. Admirals and Law are special because they have strong offensive dfs. Law is very special and might even surpass some yonkos/admirals because of the vagueness of his df. Oda can keep giving him new shit and it’ll still make sense unlike 99% of dfs which can only give you one power. He’s also a good guy that grows alongside the SHs and practically the deuteragonist for more than half of post-ts.

I mean it’s a little late but at the same time not too late. Could go into either direction, Oda might give Law acoc as his final buff for whenever he comes back or just give him new awakening moves. Admirals technically haven’t gone all-out yet so maybe they still do have it but I don’t know why it took so long to reveal these cats to have CoC.
Conquer coating is the strongest power in verse DF merchants with shit haki can't compete.
Even comparing base conquers to non conquers depends entire haki strength, DF, broken race like King, and fighting skills.
For instance RT Zoro was stronger than roof piece five and Law dumpsters Kidd.
Blackbeard doesn’t even have CoC and he’s a monster himself.
