Seriously dont know who votes for guys like Cracker and to such a degree even...
...maybe it is a result of botting.
Blackbeard fans probably voted someone else who is higher ranked or all their votes went to Cracker, lol.
Shiryu's rank cannot be seen, it's invisible.
