Cyan Cyan is a giant wolf-dog and Dr Indigo's pet and guard dog.
He has the appearance of a giant grey with some white parts wolf-dog with hypnotic swirled eyes, giant sharp teeth and often let his tongue out.
Cyan Cyan has genetically modified by SIQ injections and as such as extraordinary physical abilities and powers for an animal. Despite his goofy appearance and behavior he is in fact a super competent and intelligent trackor whose smell allows him to detect people on tremendously long distances and who cannot be fooled by camouflage or invisibility, has superhuman strength allowing him to slice, bite and crush steel effortlessly with his jaws, teeth and claws, and can adapt to his opponents and use tactics.
Also strangely for an animal he can uses haki, both Armament and Observation.
But Cyan Cyan's main power is his supersonic speed that allows him to travel an Island in a question of seconds, can easely travel on walls and of the sea and allows him to generate extremely strong winds and tornados when he rotate his feets or his tail something he often does in battle both to attack and to defend himself (even against things such as poison or gas showing his intelligence) or hit others like a meteor. And despite his speed he doesn't content himself to run in linear and can be very unpredictable such as jumping or suddenly changing his trajectory right before others can hit him to attack from behind, above, below or the sides.
Cyan Cyan has a goofy personnality often being distracted, being frightened by small things, barking for no reasons and playing at times when it's not the right moment but he's extremely loyal to his master who loves him despite his quirks and when tasked to chase someone down or fighting someone threatening Indigo he is very competent and dangerous.
