Okay I am trying to make it shorter! This is an older idea already but I am trying to remember as much as I can! :catrude:

So the name of the character is Janna, and I will just write down her story a bit!

She came from an island on the Grandline named Didrin, which researched a lot and had many labs and scientists. But the country was besides the science being researched pretty poor and many families had to suffer daily. So around the time Janna was born a new law was given out, so that children above the age of 8 can be given to the labs so they are being experimented on. For that the family will receive money and the child is being fed and taken care of. But the experiments were cruel and a lot of children suffered heavy injuries and scars and problems. The suicide rate was quite high and many children killed themselves to escape the suffering.

Janna was also given into the lab against her will when she was 8 years old, her parents decided that. She luckily didn't come receive too many injuries besides her eyes bleeding at random times since they tried to modify them, which sort of worked, but the side effect would stay. In the meanwhile she had the chance to learn about the facilities of Didrin and also about the research. They had interesting technologies, also for military uses. She stole quite a lot of research scripts and documents so she could study them on her own and develop her own ideas.

When she became older, around 14, she only rarely was at the lab as her family was stable again and her father actually wasted a lot of money still for alcohol and enjoying the luxury of a lazy life. He was a problematic person and also beat her up for minor reasons while the mother stayed quiet.

One day, she was around 15 or 16, a dark ship harbored near the harbor at the coast and odd people covered up in dark capes went around and investigated, in one of her evening walks she saw those. And a few days later, protests broke out, and the weather became stormy, dark, and windy. The research facilities were burning at the horizon at night. When she went out to investigate, she then met Dragon on the streets and asked what was happening as he also wore one of those cloaks the weird visitors had been wearing.

He said he's from the Revolutionary Army that has been rising, which she had heard of, and they wanted to save the children being experimented on and take them onto his ship, because the World Government was doing those things behind the public's back and the experiments are for the advantage of the Marines and are being sold to the Government while many children have to suffer. Janna told him she was also experimented on and really wanted to join the ship and leave this place. She knew about a lot of research and had collected lots of data that could be useful.

Dragon agreed and they went to her home to get all her documents and things, but her father tried to stop them and not go with a stranger but Dragon stayed calm while the father was rampaging and trying to stop Janna. Eventually they left the family, town and island behind as she went aboard Dragons ship.

And since then she works for the Revolutionary Army and enjoys her time building mechanics and finding new technologies to support Dragons followers and fight.

As for her appearance:

She has brown short hair, is average tall (~172cm) and she is fighting with fans (those you flip up and down to get some cool air) and she has a sort of glider which is similar to a scooter (EDIT: forgot to add that the scooter can fly >.<), she can fold it together and put it into straps on her back to always carry with her, as it is really light. She is often wearing a cape similar to the Marine ones, with only the right arm in the sleeve. She wears the fans in a belt around her hips.

Anyway, here is one of my favorite NPC's for the game.

Name: Ichioka Kayu
Epithet: The Smiling Devil
Age: 41

Kayu is the master of one of my players who is a swordswoman. The only problem is that Kayu is a part of a group or roving vagabonds recently turned pirates and my player is a Marine. Kayu was born in the Wano country and is part of one of its lesser famed clans. After the bloody war between the many clans for the position of Shogun, most of her family and the higher clans that her family served under were killed and executed by the new Shogun. Kayu was only 14 when all of this occurred and because of the danger to her life, she and her remaining cousin that is part of the higher clan were forced to flee the country. The Cousin who is named Miyahara Kozakura, would go on to join a man that would later become the WSS and a Yonko and become his Rayleigh. Kayu, on the other hand, was mentally broken from the death of her loved ones and after their escape, set out on her own alone. She would travel around the world for the next few years a depressed shell of her former self until she would meet an old monk who seemed to smile way too much.

This is where her life would take a complete turn and would begin her journey into who she has become today. The old monk is a practitioner of a martial art called Shiawase (Happiness). The martial art is said to reprogram the brain whereupon mastery, one can trigger feelings of happiness and bliss on queue. In battle, this allows for greater endurance and pain resistance. People who master this art and live long enough to tell the tale are aptly named Smiling Devil's for their battle bliss and demon-like endurance even after loosing limbs or taking mortal wounds. Kayu would spend the next two years with this monk and her time with him would transform her whole personality. She would master this art very quickly and would even take it a step further where she is able to maintain it for as long as she wants. So, that's how she became known as the smiling devil. Now, no matter where she is, or what she is doing, she is always smiling. Never unnerved by adversity, pain or loss. After leaving the old monk, she would set out on her own again and would eventually meet the band that she currently rolls with. Both of them are swordsmen making the group a group of elite-level swordsmen. After years of taking on the strongest people they could find, The main 3 in this group (Kayu, Himilco, Shamus) have reached their peak levels of strength. With nothing else for them to do, they've decided to have fun and seek greater challenges and adventure by becoming Pirates to discover more about the world.

Underneath Kayu's armor, is countless wounds sustained from constant battles. She has a strange habit of picking fights with people she finds interesting or strong but always allows anyone who fights her to get a "free shot". That is. she leaves herself open no matter who you are. Nevertheless, nothing comes free. She is a devil not only in name but also in a fight. The moment you draw blood on her, is the moment that fight becomes one to the death. She has survived countless amounts of these deathmatches and has the strength to prove it. (Shes a High Top Tier - Below The Yonko and above Regular Admirals). Shes an extremely skilled swordsman and is close to blackening her blade. Of the greatest Swordsmen in the world who are monstrously strong, she ranks 3rd in combat ability equaling her Cousin. The other two above her are Yonko Level in the WSS her cousin rolls with and her buddy Himilco.

Mr. Jim as he is known, has a legend that proceeds his more than 60 years of service. After witnessing the destruction caused by the era of piracy, Jim left his home at the age of 15 to join the Marines. From there, his legend would grow. His strong and unshakeable sense of justice would mark him as not only a leader but a paragon of what the Navy and World Government were looking for in a soldier. At the age of 20, he found his former blade "The Danger Splitting Tiger" originally one of the 21 Great Grade Blades and would by the time he was 35, he was acknowledged as the Greatest Swordsman in the World and an Admiral. Even among the world governments, strongest Jim's battle prowess was always a notch above the others even those that outranked him or possessed more experienced. His strength was so tremendous that many of his contemporaries would always remark joyfully that such a monster was on their side instead of on the side of pirates or enemies of the world government. He would conceive of his only child at the age of 40 and at the age of 45, would be promoted to Fleet Admiral on a unanimous recommendation. Jim would hold his title as Worlds Strongest Swordsman until the age of 50 where he lost it to the young upstart vagabond turned pirate, Hashimoto Gintoki in a battle which spanned 2 weeks and destroyed 2 connected countries. He would abruptly resign from his position as Fleet Admiral at the age of 61 but would take on the position of Inspector General which he recently relinquished after another 15 years.


His legend proceeds him. Loved by all his allies and feared by all criminals. Even in his old age, The World Government believes him to be one of the 2 members of the navy apart from Beckenbauer herself that possesses enough strength to challenge one of the 4 Emperors.

Upon his retirement, he gave away his Blade to Ensign Albert seeing many similarities in himself with the young man in hopes that he will uphold justice as fiercely as he did in his 6 decades of service.



I'm a sword boy at heart. of the Top 5 strongest, 2 are swordsmen. Of the Top 10, 4 are Swordsmen. Of the Top 25, 9 of them are swordsmen. And I'm talking Pure Swordsmen with no devil fruits.

Blue is a master weapon users like Diamante and has cool gadgets. Also elemental weapons. Is a magician and scientist. Also good at making stuff
Has an assistant who his wife who helps run his crew and build stuff. Has a water and ice staff. The staff also shoot a white beam
His crew also has two enforcers
One is a swordsman and gunmen. His sword has chemical in it
One is also a swordswoman and Mark's person. Her sword can manipulate the area like Diamante
Blue crew is mainly in the east blue they ran a crime syndicate and rule five islands with an iron fist.
So many pirate crews bow down to him and he destroy pirate crews like nothing.
His fleet mainly consists of small boats, dhows, canoes(long or short),
It is mainly full of men and women with different weapons. His crew also has armor
He has his own base
Retires after he got enough money for the whole crew. Lives off as a writer, craftsman and adventurer

Kol Bot is a dictator who rules over his home island of Hanaoi with an iron fist, having taken over after his people overthrew the local king and his family with the help of the Revolutionnary Army.

After taking control of the country Kol Bot created a totalitarian regime aimed at purging the society of its vices and of any trace of the former monarchy, massacring the nobles and the intellectuals, destroying countless items and history books or novels related to the monarchy and to its history to erase any trace of his country's past under the monarchy, created a formidable propaganda and police system to indoctrinate his countrymen, the all to create "a perfect country of peace, freedom and egality".

Unlike most villains in One Piece Kol Bot is a very quiet, polite and seemingly nice and wise man but beneath the surface he's a very deranged, cruel and merciless man able of sending people to their death or hellish torture with soft words. Also unlike them he never laugh maniacally or wear a devilish smile but has the same smile that a normal person would have upon hearing beautiful music or eating his/her favorite food upon seeing someone being tortured or dying.

Kol Bot has eaten the Tsuchi Tsuchi no mi, a paramecia devil fruit that allows him to control the earth around him like Terra or an earthbender would. This df allows him to create constructs made of earth, to elevate, lower or shake the ground, create holes, tunnels, stairs, spikes, walls or to solidify, soften the earth or trap his opponents with the ground. His degree of control over earth is such that he can make some of it levitate, turn stone in the ground into lava or crystal or sand or to locate others with a seismic sense in addition of his Coo.
This makes him an tremendousely powerful, versatile and unpredictable opponent.

My character would belong to Supernovas, a genius tactician known for his ruthless killing , is bit lazy n carefree bt is determined one when he's made up his mind.

A combination of Pre ts Law, Shanks and Muten from kingdom.

He has his own Ship and loyal n ruthless crewmates, and likes to take his time to screw up Pirates. But has been keeping his low in NW.

He wouldn't be so strong individually bt can take out notable pirates with some preparation. His fighting style would be Haki related and has a df ( would edit n add this one, haven't thought so much yet).

The character doesn't want to chase some Pirate King title, bt has keen eye for the tressure Roger left behind and love for adventure and what story each island or destination has to bring to him. He also likes to look for talents/spark and make em join his crew.

Marines recognise his threat from one of his incidents in the Past and sends some Battleships after him, bt he cleverly take care of em without any casualties. And after that offer the Marines to join as a Schibukai for the time being.

I think he has some plan to screw up Marines and Yonkous big time, somehow to start a War among the Yonkous and taking the distraction to make use of Celestial Dragons to achieve his Goals.

Walt Looney is a businessman and the owner of the Inku Inku no mi, a paramecia devil fruit that allows him to create and manipulate ink and to write/paint characters or items with it similar to Kanjuro. He became one of the richest and most sucessful individuals in One Piece world after creating OP's equivalents of films, theaters, animation and cartoons and by building revolutionnary entertainement parks dwarfing even Saobody Park.

Looney is a well-mannered but very excentric, overdramatic and flamboyant individual with often childish quirks such as a love for comics, cartoons (of which he is the inventor in One Piece world), he prefer to drink juices or sodas over alcohol and tends to call people with their forenames instead of their names. When opposing someone Looney generally acts polite but also mocking and takes pleasure in ridiculing and trolling his foes, when attacked by someone he feigns being panicked and begging his attacker to not hurt him only to troll him once the attack is foiled and that he counter-attack. Surprisingly when really angry he does not explode in rage but becomes a frightening example of cold fury by becoming cold and ruthless as ice.

He used to be married to a woman named Celica who was the source of light in his life and whose death devastated him, he has never shown any attraction for anyone else (he's completely immune to Boa Hancock's charms and petrification powers) and shows contempt for those who do not stay faithful to their wife/girlfriend. He has also a niece named Perla who's his heir and of who he's very fond and protective of.

Looney is an artistic and entertainement genius, a very cunning individual and is extremely good at drawing and painting unlike Kanjuro with very varied and well-made paintings that he gives life to. He uses his Inku Inku no mi to produce ink that he can uses in its base form by throwing it at his foes to blind them, or to create tentacles of ink with them or shoots ink balls like Jinbei and Hody's Water Shot technique, or by using it to paint characters or items that help him or fight his ennemies for him. His ink was originally weak to water and his painting had a very short lifetime in the past but by experimenting and mixing some chemicals with his ink he managed to overcome the weakness to water and to significantly expand his creations' longevity (though he likes to trap his ennemies by making them believe that his ink is still weak to water for them to drop their guard and to laugh at them once he reveals that it doesn't work anymore).

The Abysalls: the Abysalls are a cousin species to the fishmen of Fishman Island who live in the deepest trenches and abbys in One Piece world. They are descendants to clans and tribes of fishmen who refused to submit to the Ryugyu family and were bannished from FI as a result a very long time ago.
The Abyssals are far more savage and violent than their fishmen cousins and unlike them they very rarely interact with humans and when it happens the humans are almost always slaughtered on sight. Also due to them never going to the surface or seeing the sunlight unless exceptionnal circumstances they are very sensible to light and can only survive in air for a limited period of time without help.
Due to them living in a far more hostile environment and with far more pressured water than fishmen and merfolks the Abyssals are naturally far stronger and more durable than their cousins. Their sea creatures traits are also more pronounced than for fishmen and so they look more animal than humanoid.

The Abysalls live in clans and they have developped their own technology, using the wildlife or controlling water pressure to create tools or forging weapons. Some of them have also developped their own version of Fishman Karate or Jujutsu or Merman Combat but it's far more agressive and lethal than these martial skills with them creating blades, arrows, spears, hammers, maces out of solidified water or them directly manipulating the water inside others' bodies.

Due to their ancestors banishement and their own agressive attitude the abyssals are not fond of their cousins and they generally attack them should merfolks or fishmen come into abysses.

- Ruffled black hair, long pants, simple grey shirt, scarf like Strider Hiryu. Special pair of gauntlets.

Weapon: - a specific whip, made from sharp, thin, scale-like segmented metal, sharp and spear-like endpoint. The gauntlets exist to roll the whip over his forearm in combat preparation.

Epithet / Ability:

- He is titled as The Strongest Weapon Master who has ever lived, due to his unparalleled strength and skill once he wield and use his whip in combat. Using his whip, he has the history of defeating Mihawk, Kaidou, Shirohige, Roger, even Xebec.

- Without his weapon, his overall strength is greatly reduced, as his entire life was spent on combat training using a weapon, and never in bare hand-to-hand combat. Marines stole his whip once, he became weaker than an average Vice Admiral.

Story:

- He had tried almost every weapon in this world, and adapted his skills to finally master all of them. But none of them fascinated him as much as a whip.

- During his childhood adventures he had met the best alchemist in the world, and he had an idea to create the world's rarest and mythical mineral.

- The alchemist admired his idea and executed it using the world's rarest sources. The created mineral was a crystal, almost weightless, has the ability to modify its own density depending on the Artemas' will and skill. No one else can control its power.

- Thinking about the type of weapon he should use, Artemas asked the the alchemist to make a specific kind of segmented whip from that crystal, that only Artemas can use. The created whip was named by him: Thalisium.

- Artemas killed the alchemist with the weapon, so that no one can create such weapons anymore.

- He trained all of his life using Thalisium in life and death combat, during treasure hunt, etc.

- At the young age of 20, Artemas meet Xebec who wants to become The World's King. Artemas defeated him in a full-blown fight using his whip. Thalisium pierced Xebec's brain. It gave Xebec his only severe and permanent brain damage. A few days later, Roger and Garp attacked God's valley and beat the already heavily-wounded Xebec. Mistaken for Xebec's underling, Roger fought Artemas, but Artemas defeated him as well.

- Garp retreats strategically for the next three nights, and finally managed to stole Thalisium in the fourth night.

- Garp brutally beat Artemas in a fist-fight afterwards, saying that the boy is trash without his dear weapon.

- No one figured out how to use Thalisium.

- Imprisoned in Impel Down for life sentence, he escaped during Luffy and Blackbeard incident, and during the chaos, he managed to steal Thalisium in the Marines' Treasure Room.

Pablo Blanco (his name is a reference to both Pablo Escobar, who was the king of cocaïne in real-life and to Walter White the main protagonist of Breaking Bad as Blanco means White in spanish) is the head and founder of the Tequila Cartel, the most powerful drug making and selling organisation in One Piece world.

A former overqualified chemistry teacher who was once a meek and bland man, Pablo got frustrated with the lack of respect and underpayement he received from society. Upon trying to help his young pregnant and sick wife Pablo discovered that drugs were a great if illegal way of getting rich and that he had a real talent at creating new drugs eitjer purer than the ones made by other narcos or with surprising new effects.

He then began to become part of the local cartel and to climb the hierarchy of the organisation before plotting its dismantlement and creating his own cartel. He also progressively turned from a man desesperate to help his family and frustrated over his low place in society into a ruthless manipulative, greedy and power-hungry man.

Under him the Tequila Cartel soon turned into the most powerful cartel in the world and into one of the most powerful and influential criminal organisations in the Underworld, one of few able of competing with the Donquixote family.

Pablo has eaten the Acid devil fruit, a paramecia that allows him to create and control acids at will, something he uses to dissolve nearly eveverything and uses both for attack and defense.

Past :
Lion was born during his legendary father's time as a slave in Marie Geoise. They were by then slaves of Don Quijote Homming and he had Fisher forced to bred with a Pirate Captain from Saint Roswald's collection, Anna the Iron Lash. When Fisher Tiger returned to assault the Holy land, he freed as many slaves as possible and it included the son he didn't even knew he had.

Anna managed to flee to the West Blue, choosing to not return to the North Blue from whence she had come and took care of her son as best she could. However, when Lion was 10, she finally couldn't endure her life anymore and let herself fell ill and die, confident that her strong son would be able to survive. For the next several years, he eked out a iving as a brawler, taking whatever he wanted, because he was strong. He always covered the celestial brand seared over his heart when he was but a newborn.

Lion was recruited during the world wide Military Draft during the timeskip, because the inhabitants of his island knew that he was strong and they wanted him away. Serving the Marine has proven harduous for him, but he has befriended Koby and Helmepp and his strength allowed him to achieve the rank of Rear-Admiral. However, he still hides his nature as an half-fishman.

Abilities :

Brawler - Lion is before anything else a brawler. Having inherited his father's strong body and his mother's ferocity from her days as a pirate, he never backs down in a fight being able to take a large amount of punishment before going down. His fighting style are crude but - not unlike Luffy - his impredictability is actually a strength.

Haki - He has a basic grasp of the CoO and CoA (he knows hardening) but it isn't is strongest point, even if it bolsters his attacks.

Fishman Karate - Lacking proper training, Lion doesn't really master any technique of the Fishmen Karate. However, being part Fishman, he has an inherent understanding on how to use it to fight, having created his own "techniques" which mostly rely on the ambient water in the air and his targets. However, should he reveal his heritage, he'll be able to use more potent technique, which he created in secret when he was younger.

Attitude :
At first glance, Lion seems very much to be a corrupt Marine, looking more lik a pirate who has stolen some Rear-Admiral's gear than anything else, with his numerous tatoos and golden chains. And in truth, he mostly act like a carefree pirate, since he can't really bothered to care about the World Government, having accepted to submit and join the Marines only because he was told that his island would be destroyed otherwise. He often clash publicly with Sakazuki and his ilk, but as grown surprsingly fond of Issho, whom is said to be able to feel the rage in his heart but also his goodness.

Lion may seems dismisive of the other Marines at first and is rather abrasive. But he considers the soldier under his orders to be his crew, and attacking them turn his mood to a black rage where he won't stop until the offenders are defeated or he himself dies. Because of this, Lion his well-loved by his subordinate, and even by the civilians, for he has a soft spot for them and try to help them anyway he can. He dreams to one day be able to leave the Marine and form his own crew of hybrids of all races to go and wander the world.

Karla Tangram is a criminal mastermind with a twisted psychology and sense of morality. He dresses in a black jacket similar to a sith lord and has very pale skin and purple eyes.

Disgusted by the selfishness, cynicism, corruption and jaded attitude of many people in the world Karla uses his manipulation and genial skills at creating traps to put them in situations where people will be obligated to work together to escape death and survive, hoping that it will help them to better see and work with the others and to appreciate life better similar.

At first Karla's traps were only used on ordinary people or influent people without great physical abilities or df but over time he decided to experiment his traps over very strong individuals and organisations.

Upon studying the Warlords and their self-centered personnalities and unability to work together Karla decided to make them the new test subjects for his extremely lethal and tricky games and traps and so he manages to abduct them or lure all of the 7 original Warlords into his newest creation, the deadly amusement park of Arcade World filled with deadly traps, robots and devices made specifically to restrain, foil or kill them and requiring intelligence and teamwork to be solved.

This is one of the Marine Characters in an old game of mine. She's a personal favorite.

No one can call Serfina a coward. In fact, anyone who knows what's good for them dares not call her such a name. In an organization full of the brave and courageous, NO ONE can match Serafina's courage which can sometimes border stupidity or foolishness. Shes like the friend you wish you had when you got into fights. She's as ride or die as they come. For that reason, she's always at the top of the list for Navy Members to be picked when something dangerous or important must be done. Her Ephitet of Brave Spirit is not a title she received simply by being brave. During her very first year as a Marine, under the former Admiral Senko, their ship would crash after a violent storm on the home Island of Tasygan herself. Upon their detection, Tasygan would meet the Marines herself accompanied by 3 men. Obinna and Zachary and a certain man who would later become an emperor himself. Upon feeling the presence of the 4 monsters approaching their position, Senko would stand at the very front ready for the fight of her life. The color of the conqueror was strong is 3 of the 4 approaching figures and it simply swept through the entire group of marines leaving only Senko and Serafina standing. Upon seeing the 4 approaching monsters, Senko still standing did not realize that Serafina had charged forward feeling the imminent danger herself despite how green she was. Two of the men would stand back watching with curious faces while one would step forward ready to crush the little ant. He would try once more to intimidate the fiery Serafina but would fail to break her spirit once more. Annoyed by her impenitence, he would raise his blade to finish her until a voice behind spoke saying to leave the girl alone. Senko would charge forward blocking Serafina but the danger seemed to have already passed. Standing in front of the two women was the myth like Spiritwalker herself who would smile at Serfina as she reaches out with a glow in her eyes and her hand as she puts a hand on the girls head. She would speak the words "Hrabi Duh" (Brave Spirit) admiring the young girls fearlessness. Serfina would recall feeling a jolt and tingle all around her body as she felt a supernatural energy growing within her. Even today, she feels the same energy as many describe a manifestation of her very spirit accompanying her whenever she fights seriously. Her spirit is so strong that it seems to inspire all around her to fight past their very limits. Tasygan would instruct the man known as Obinna to send the Marines back safely without harm befalling any of them. Today, Serafina is one of the strongest forces of the Navy having reached the title of Vice Admiral and has nearly mastered the 6 powers. Her fists are said to be heavy and strong and her very spirit is delivered with each crushing blow she delivers for justice. A saying among the Marines goes as follows. "If you're wanting to get into a fight, Call the Admirals, Call the 3's and call Serfina."

Her kick is said to be strong and enough to cut and shatter Diamond with ease while splitting an entire Island. She retired from her position as Admiral into the role of a fulltime instructor 15 years ago wanting to mentor the future generation and instill the values of hard work and dedication to justice. She is believed to be more powerful than all current Admirals though she denies such claims. Due to her devil fruit, she has remained in her physical state for more than 5 decades and a result seems to have not lost a step even at the age of 65.

The Title of "Spirit Walker" has existed for what seems to be the beginning of the world itself. Some documents that date back several thousand years make mention of select individuals in one particular part of the world who are called "Spirit Walkers" These rare individuals often took the mantle of leadership in their homes. They are said to be capable of hearing the voice of all things and can communicate with the spirit that dwells within in object animate and inanimate. In fact, they believe that all things in the world are alive and one only needs to seek their own spirit to hear these voices. The accounts of these people dwindled over time and in recent times of known history dating at least 800 years only one comes up sporadically. She goes by the name Tasygan and is said to be the last Spirit walker but she disputes such claims as nonsense. Only a select few individuals know what happened to the other Spirit Walkers and one of them is Tasygan. Even among the others to hold a similar title, Tasygan herself is said to be unmatched due the strength of her "inner voice" While the other Spirit Walkers simply spoke to these voices, she is able to command them. Her very presence brings out the voices of previously sleeping objects anywhere she steps as some can claim to see inanimate objects behave strangely whenever she is around. The man known as the pirate king recalls encountering the woman and would attempt to raise his blade to her but his blade refused to cut her even when he fully intended to do so. Her Position as one of the 4 Emperors of the Sea is one that simply fits because she controls significant territory in the new world. Tasygan herself and the people around her are neither pirates nor sympathetic to the cause of the Marines or world government. In fact, Tasygan's relationship with the World Government should be considered tumultuous at best. The Swatch of islands known as home of the Spirit Walkers is home to people of all kinds but their commonality is their oath to neutrality and pacifism so long as they are not provoked. Several Hundred Years ago during the time where many of the Spirit Walkers themselves disappeared, Tasygan would take the neighboring Islands as her duty to protect its inhabitants. She would make the following decree to the world. "These Lands Known as the "Axis Mundi" are under my protection. It will be a home for anyone who swears off their allegiances. it will be a home for those who the world have so callously rejected. It is a home for the orphan races the very world have attempted to wipe from the very history of this world. And it is a home that will protect itself even in my absence. We will not bother or trouble anyone. If you wish to pass, you may pass safely. If you wish for an abode, you will have it. But I warn you all... take heed and keep to this decree or you may soon hear the voices of the whirlwind and you may see the very spirit of violent retribution." This decree itself has been lost to time and the pages of history but it is still fresh in the mind of those who rule the world. Tasygan herself has kept her side of the deal. Anyone who wanders into her territory is treated peacefully so long as they remain neutral. Where she stands as a combatant is unknown but she must be formidable to have made such a decree and to have had such a decree hold for as long as it has thus far. No one has yet to challenge her and for good reason. Among the 4 Emperors of the Sea, she is considered the Gatekeeper to the title of Pirate King. She wields a Totem known as "Grace of the Spirit Walker" as her weapon of choice. She says that it houses the spirits of the past Spirit Walkers and considers it her most prized possession.

If anyone was to tell you the man known as Obinna was once a belligerent and battle loving beast, most would question or discount such assertions. Today, he can be described as nothing short of a little mischevious and sometimes sarcastic but the same can be said about most old people. The Proud Monkey King once stood as the leader of a race now lost to the annals of history and time at least that is what most think. He would meet Tasygan during the height of the great purge which occurred several hundred years ago "So they call you the Spirit Walker human... I am known as the Monkey King, The Wisest and most cunning of all creatures. Have you come to finish the job the other humans failed to finish?" He would laugh a wild cackle grabbing onto his old and beaten staff. "You want to take my land and my people? Very well, come! The Monkey King welcomes all to his Kingdom. You can stay here forever..." He would cackle once more as the woman looked on. "I'm going to bury you here" These were the words the white ape-like creature spoke to Tasygan as he sat amongst the remaining handful of his kind covered in scars and wounds smiling mischievously sitting atop a mountain of corpses of bones. These days, He prefers to appear in human form as an older dark-skinned man with leather-like skin and bright white hair. He is now one of the Soul Guardians of Axis Mundi commanding great respect for all who have heard his name. His authority amongst the Spirit Walkers is only second amongst Tasygan herself as he is considered her most trusted and oldest Guardian. He works to keep the peace amongst the many races who call Axis Mundy their home. His combat prowess is only known by the likes of Tasygan herself. Since the day of his encounter with Tasygan, he has not fought but only because he has never had the need to. His presence alone is said to unravel the world around him due to his strong voice. His brief clash with Tasygan shook a multitude of neighboring Islands causing violent winds and storms. His title of Soul Keeper is a peculiar one to anyone who has ever stepped foot inside the inner Islands of Axis Mundi. The only clue may lie in his Staff which he calls "Loud Stick" The Staff itself is but ordinary staff but Obinna can be found having strange conversations with the piece of wood at odd times as if it was sentient.

It must be great having a supernatural awareness of what time it is no matter where you are right? What if time is all you saw around you when you looked at the faces of your close friends and loved ones? Each second ticking down until it inevitably becomes "their time" The former Seaman Recruit by the name of Zachary would give up anything to not have stolen things from his commanding officer's trunk like he had a habit of doing. He prays he would have taken heed of the note attached the plum-like fruit. Well, the past is the past. Zachary only has eyes for the future. Upon "cursing" himself by eating that plum, Zachary slowly but surely secummed to madness until he reached a boiling endpoint where just to confirm what he already knew to be the truth of all the time he saw around each and everyone, he would begin by killing his fellow bedmate. To his surprise, he saw he had the ability to affect the time he saw. He would then proceed to kill every single person aboard the ship before trying to "kill" himself. But try as he may, he soon realized that he physically could not do it no matter what he tried. That is to say, death refused to come to the man. If he could not physically kill himself, he would let the sea do it for him. He would plunge deep into the ocean closing his eyes as he drifted into a deep sleep. He would awaken with several figures standing over his wet body. His eyes would bulge and he would reach to attack the nearest of them which was a rather tall woman. He would awaken again restrained in a strange place as he spoke to the woman he previously attacked. He would tell her his story and his desire but she would shake her head no walking over and untieing the befuddled man. She would simply tell him. "You're not ready to die. If your inner being truly wished for death, or was ready to die, you wouldn't be alive. Your life force beats on a different frequency than most. It is both a blessing and a curse but when your time comes, you'll know" This conversation occurred more than 9 decades ago yet Zachary still lives much to his chagrin. He now goes by the name of "Gravekeeper" A fitting name for the former sailor who now acts as the Death Guardian of the Axis Mundi. He wields small pocket knife he calls "Wabisuke" or "The Penitent one" which transforms into a Ghastly Scythe and it is said to be able to sever the life of those who are nearing their demise or no longer hold any an attachment to the world. Maybe Zachary can lose his attachment so his burdened soul and spirit can rest in what he is sure to be hell for his past transgressions.

Very few people alive know of the origin of Gin D. Child or Gin Hexchild as he is known around the world for his infamy and power. After all, why does his past matter when his very shadow is a terror upon the very world? A terrorist and a monster in the figurative and literal sense. Gin is said to have been born in one of the Islands of the Axis Mundi by an Irma D. Child who would die during childbirth for unknown reasons. The rumors of the Axis Mundi is that Irma killed herself in hopes that the "hexed" child in her belly would not be born. On a dark night 59 years ago, Gin was said to push himself out of his dead mother's womb with his own strength. Even as a child, he possessed an unnaturally strong albeit awkward spring-like body. A natural-born cynic and social genius, Young Gin had a penchant for asking too many questions no matter how personal or inappropriate. His curiosity would get the attention of Tasygan herself who would take the young Gin under her wing and teaching him what she knew of the world including its taboos hoping to hand over her duties to him one day. Gin's curiosity would only grow the more he learned. As he grew older his unnatural strength grew with him and so would his ambitions.
At the age of 25, He would eventually pose a strange question to the Spiritwalker who at this point had divulged nearly all she knew about the world to the young man.
"Why don't you take the world Tasygan? You have the power, influence, and capacity to do so. Why have you remained silent all this time living in a self-imposed exile and living in regret and pain? This world of ours doesn't deserve another second of false peace. What's stopping you?"
The old woman was not shocked by such a question but it was the first time it had been possed to her in such a manner. She would dismiss these questions warning the Young Gin of the perils of selfish ambition and that it will lead to nothing but destruction. Unsatisfied by such a response, Gin would not pose the question again until several years later when a man who would eventually be recognized as the Pirate King would visit the Axis Mundi seeking the knowledge held within. Much to his surprise and chagrin, Tasygan would grant the man the knowledge he came seeking.
He would pose the same question once more and would receive another unsatisfactory response and thus began his plot to take matters into his own hands. Nearing the prime of his life, and already recognized as a monster within the Axis Mundi only second to Tasygan herself, Gin would abandon the spirit walkers taking several important things from the Axis Mundi with him in addition to the taboo knowledge he already possessed of the world. He would take his 10-year-old son Izam with him. Within a few weeks of his departure, he had already accumulated a strong crew made up of New World Pirates through subjugation and intimidation. For those that are unphased by intimidation, he simply used his words possessing a natural talent for gaining the trust of the people around him with little effort. He would launch a campaign of territorial expansion and within two years would be recognized as the third emperor of the sea through acts of destruction, cruelty and through the formation of strong alliances following Tasygan herself and the introverted Hashimoto Gintoki.
As a combatant, very few people can match Gin in his physical strength, toughness and sheer speed. Despite his large and awkward stature, his movements are imperceptible to most without the use of observation haki and he possesses the physical strength to lay waste to Islands with a swing of his blade by leveraging his long wire-like limbs. His body is like a spring allowing him to bounce back even from the fiercest of attacks even without the help of his devil fruit. In fact, rumors go that Irma jumped from the highest tree in the Axis Mundi belly first in hopes of killing the "Hexed" child she carried in her stomach. He wields the Saijo O Wazamono Meito named ÄŒuvar duhova - The Guardian of the Spirits a blade said to be forged from ephemeral steel with the spirit of iron itself taking the shape of a blade. He is quite skilled using this blade and it acts as his weapon of choice choosing to have the blade take the form of a Jian that he channels his powers into.
