I just wish they'll quickly grow stronger because they may have the two strongest n2 -Mihawk- and n3 -Crocodile- (Shanks pirates bounties being unknown) but they don't seem to have anyone else who is valuable. Maybe Daz is roaming around the billion bounty now. And there is a mysterious thing, maybe "character" on the page with Crocodile and Daz attacking the Marine fleet... don't know for sure what it is.
Cross Guild was one of the best things happens in post-timeskip.
Kinda ironic how the aftermath of major arcs is better than the arcs itself. For example,
Dressrosa aftermath -- Kaido's debut, Strawhats Grandfleet, Doflamingo's throne war speech, etc.
WCI aftermath -- Luffy Fifth Yonko, Reverie, Imu, etc.
Wano aftermath -- Law vs Blackbeard, Cross Guild, New Yonko, Warlords' bounties, etc.

It seems like dudes clowning you in this thread are Zoro haters as expected, Zoro taking Ls is more important for them than a good arc with solid narratives and fights. Zoro wasn't the only screw up in this arc (though he's amongst the most prominent), countless plot points were built up only to be abandoned, many characters who ended up pointless fillers because of them.

Kaido is still the biggest screwup of the arc, in the entire series even.
Imagine Kaido not getting a character or a backstory in his own damn arc!! I don't want to hear excuses of "saved for rocks", doesn't matter. If Kaido indeed get a backstory 100 chapters later, it would be too late and wouldn't have remotely the same impact cause we would've moved on.
Plus, there could've been plenty for Kaido outside of his rocks period - like his backstory pre Rocks, backstory with King & forming BP post breaking out of lab, him getting to know about Joyboy and how he came to believe he was the one, how he later realized that he wasn't Joyboy, his persona changing from Roger/Luffy-esque when he met King to the suicidal maniac he is now etc.
ALL of the above doesn't involve Rocks AT ALL. At least directly.
Kaido, the dude who basically defined the entire post TS until end of Wano, doesn't have a character moment or backstory. What a damn joke!!
