By EoS Zoro might be clear #2 in every haki department behind Luffy.
At the moment his CoC is #2 and his CoA is #2-3 tied with Jinbei, hard to say who is most proficient at the moment.
I think his CoO has yet to evolve to a clear tier beyond Jinbei/Sanji, it will surely happen sooner or later because suggested Zoro enemies Fujitora, Shiryu and Mihawk are 2 of the top 10 users in the series and one has a DF which probably requires top CoO to counter.
Luffy (Nika, Joy Boy, God, Messias, Jesus Christ, Buddhist King) will be #1, it's his series. Luffy is Messi in OP, doesn't mean the other elites are bad it's just not possible to compete with an alien like that.

Luffy was always the DF-centric character while Zoro was the hakiman since Alabasta.
Haki is only a thing for Luffy since post-TS while Zoro rocked haki nearly the entire first half of the Grand Line...
Zoro is the hakiman and he was always superior in haki to Luffy and he never stopped being superior.
All 3 types are in favor of Zoro.
Zoro literally has a type of CoO that nobody has and has a sleep subconscious CoO that only Whitebeard displayed.
Luffy's up-time of CoO is incomparably low to compete with Zoro's and thus he is far worse Observer.
Zoro's CoA is the only one in the whole world that starts creating haki fumes, Luffy cannot compete here.
Zoro's CoC is also superior to Luffy's. He releases 3 times more of it than Luffy does or lets say 9 times more in Asura.
Luffy the God, messiah, cheesus, buddha or whatever, couldnt beat Zoro in Whiskey Peak.
Looked incomparable in Thriller Bark when all his damage and pain was taken on by Zoro who remained conscious unlike Luffy.
And then comes the rooftop where Luffy, with fear in his eyes, watches how his underling cockblocks 2 Emperors' combo attack.
Whiskey Peak has shown that Luffy isnt superior in East Blue.
Thriller Bark has shown that Luffy isnt superior in Paradise.
Wano rooftop has shown that Luffy isnt superior in New World.

Fundamentally, Luffy is half DF & half Haki, just like Sanji half Science & half Haki.
So Zoro being pure haki would & should make him better than the others.
Aside from Haki fumes, I'm pretty sure that those Zoro's PreTS Asura & animals silhouettes on his attacks are Haki manifestation. No other people did this.
