Okay, I'll say my opinion about it. Here are my points:
- During the clash, WB was at his PRIME.
- WB sweating? does that mean Oden is equal or higher? NOOO
- Why? Because during the clash, there were two panels of WB. The first one is during the clash and WB had serious look BUT NO SWEAT. However, the second one with sweat, it was AFTER Oden boldly asked him to let im join the crew.
- So? the sweat is simply a reaction for Oden's weird request about joining the crew right after he attacked him.
- What else? because Oden's journals told everything. Oden was writing about how he realized he is a small tiny dot in te world, and during the dialog, he referred to "power" and there was a panel of WB laughing and facing the enemy, while Oden is clearing the way for Oyaji's attack. A person who is exactly equal would't jump away LOL. he would stand still, and simply deflect whatever comes his way.
- Lastly, WB called him "little brother" which would put Oden on same level of respect, HOWEVER, still being considerd below because of the "little" part.
So, overall, Oden is Admiral-Yonko level, but just like all the rest of Yonko characters. they all fall a little below WB in his prime. Which would explain why Oden was able to clash with WB, and not get squashed, and would explain why WB considers him a brother, BUT STILL not just brother, rather "little" brother. And would explain why Oden was clearing the way for WB attack. and would explain the reason as to why WB was sweating, which is NOT power scaling related, rather a shock from Oden's request, because there was a WB panel right before it during the clash, where both WB and Oden looked serious with both NOT sweating. But the aftermath of the clash is what made WB sweat, which is Oden laughing and requesting him to join, which was a shocker
I honestly CANNOT imagine Big Mom defeating Akainu in any possible imagination from my mind. Maybe I lack imagination LOL
But with Akainu tanking WB splitting an island attack, and to go on and fight the rest of commanders all by himself. And being more threat to Luffy's well being despite the existance of MANY fierce commanders, compared to what Big Mom did in WCI to a small bunch of SHs (you can call it plot armor, but still, it's a fact shown). and THEN, we go on with Akainu's destructive power being called by Oda to be the MOST DESTRUCTIVE power. And that it can penetrate ANY defense.
I don't know, so many people by default put Yonko over admirals. It's just for me, Akainu is too fucking fierce even when I try to match him with some other Yonko. I put Akainu over BM honsetly. so, yeah
BM is more gifted though, she was born with that destructive gift, Akainu's level was reached through hard training in all aspects of fighting.
I think that's what separates Yonko from Admirals. I feel Yonko are more gifted, they were bestowed with some kind of advantage, while Admirals are the pinnicale of what someone like Coby can achieve through ard training in physical aspect, haki aspect and DFs if you got one.
I feel Kaido's body and Big Mom's body are special, while BB's freak of nature allowed him to eat two DFs, and with Shanks, it's not known yet, but maybe he was so gifted with haki that his color of haki has greater potential than other haki users (even among the conquerors). OR he's like the admirals, and what they represent if they have a strong crew with capable commanders.

Incorrect translation. Magu is in a class of the most destructive. The same devil fruit that Jimbo tanked with ease. Akainu if not for plot in a Serious fight against WB is getting a haki Bisento through his heart and dying in 3 attacks. And that was a dying sick WB. Big Mom Beats Akainu. In fact, she’s the Yonko who literally counters the LogiaAdmirals lethality.
