Here's the translation:

Granola wakes up from a nightmare. He’s been having “that dream” again. Thankfully, OG73’s condition has stabilized, and so far no one’s come chasing them. Granola is of the Cereal race, or “Cerealites” (シリアル人). All the others were killed by “barbaric monkeys” in Freeza’s army. But he believes Freeza’s been dead for years and the Saiyans died from a meteor impact, so his people are already avenged. So why won’t the dreams stop?
On Beerus’ planet, Goku helps Whis inject the Oracle Fish with vitamins to help him sleep. Whis says when the Oracle has trouble sleeping, something bad will happen in the future. Sometimes. Goku hopes it’s another strong guy, but Beerus is fed up with him always saying this. With the Oracle Fish asleep (even sleeping, its bowl still floats in the air), Goku continues his training with Whis.
Granola and co are apparently heading to the place of someone called ヒータ/ビータ/ピータ, Hita, Bita, or Pita. Stupid blurry roughs. Bita or Pita seem most likely. It’ll be awhile before they arrive, but Granola refuses to enter cold sleep, since he’s already awake. Granola thinks Freeza is dead. He knows the remnants of Freeza’s army are still around, but heard they weren’t doing so great either. So he’s unaware of Freeza’s post-ToP resurrection. He also believes the “meteor” cover-story for the Saiyans’ extinction. So not the best informed
Granola also says that the Saiyans were wiped out by the meteor “immediately” after they massacred his people, the Cerealites. So in other words it apparently wasn’t very long before Planet Vegeta’s destruction. To (sort of) go into more depth here: Whis says the Oracle Fish having trouble sleeping is an omen that something bad will happen in the future. Vegeta: “What?!” Whis: “Well, sometimes anyway.” Cue comedy anime stumble from Goku.
Goku is disappointed since he was hoping another strong guy might appear. Vegeta is annoyed that Goku never changes. Beerus is upset too: Goku is always whining about wanting to fight strong guys, then ends up having tough fights and getting Beerus into trouble. Goku wonders if something has happened to upset Beerus. Whis says there’s been a few things. Presumably he means Beerus having to babysit the Zeno twins after the kerfuffle with Merus and Moro.
Oatmeal thinks they destroyed things pretty throughly back at Goichi’s ship (which is why they haven’t sent anyone in pursuit). Back at that ship, Goichi laments that 73 has been stolen again. Granola is upset about the death of his race (obviously), but he also believes that the people responsible, Freeza and the Saiyans, are already dead (untrue of course, but he doesn’t know that). Oatmeal advises him to just forget all about it. So it’s probably a safe bet that future developments in this arc will hinge on Granola discovering that Freeza and (some of) the Saiyans are still alive. (Cred are to reddit)

CONTAINS FULL CHAPTER SPOILERS

SUMMARY OF CHAPTER 69 OF THE DRAGON BALL SUPER MANGA
Granolah returns to the planet Cereal, where he is received by the locals. He says that
the left wing of your ship is damaged and asks them to repair it.
The sugarjin
confirms and asks about Granolah's next job, but Granolah just says that
there will be nothing for a while and go to the store next to him. While he buys water,
the store owner asks Granolah about his grandfather, who hasn't been in town recently.
Granolah says that he is fine, except that his legs are bad, and justifies saying that it is to be expected since he is so old, since his race lives for about 500 years.
sugarjin then asks why Granolah and the old man don't move to the city, Granolah just says he doesn't want to.

Sugarjin tells Granolah to say hello to the old man for him, while walking through the mountains Granolah talks to Oatmeel about the Heaters
find his home planet after the destruction that Freeza caused, and how they decided to rebuild him. So they
sold to the Sugarjins very expensive. What makes Granolah feel that that planet is no longer "his", that's why he
decided to live in the mountains. He can also see his hometown, which reminds him of the Saiyan attack, which he will never forget.

Back on Beerus’s planet,
Beerus and Vegeta convert about how many planets the Saiyans destroyed in the past, and because of Freeza's influence they destroyed even more.
He asks if Vegeta blames Freeza for the sin of the Saiyans, Vegeta says no. That was on account of King Vegeta
who sought authority, which was the cause of the destruction of the saiyans. Vegeta then asks, what does this have to do with Beerus' techniques.
Beerus says he has a deep connection and fires an energy at a nearby planet that is destroyed.
That makes the Oracle Fish jump out of its "aquarium". Both Whis and the oracle fish complain to Beerus
edo Beerus have destroyed another "decorative planet", and that soon everyone will disappear if he continues like this.
Goku then remembers Beerus' scary strength. Beerus explains that this is only a small part
of your technique. Vegeta then asks how to learn it, Beerus throws Vegeta face down on the floor.
Beerus asks if Vegeta still bears the sins of the Saiyans and throws him into a tree.

Vegeta gets up, and Beerus says, "Let me say something nice: The one who suggested Freeza to destroy the saiyans ... it was me!"
Beerus continues to provoke the angry and shocked Vegeta, who turns into SSJ Blue and attacks. Even with Vegeta going all out
Beerus remains superior, so he fires a Hakai at the belly part of Vegeta's armor, ending with
Vegeta with a crater where this part of the armor was. Goku remembers this technique and how he failed when he tried
use it. Whis confirms that it is not an easy technique to learn. Beerus tells Vegeta that he doesn't think about anything
beyond destruction. So, if Vegeta wants to learn he must throw away unnecessary thoughts. (Note: It seems the same premise of Toppo in the ToP)
Beerus says: "Before creation, there is destruction."

Back to the Heaters base. They check the recordings of the Og-73 and watch past events, when the gang of saganbo
attacked Zuno's palace, before they were arrested by the galactic patrol that had Merus in charge.
They then watch when Saganbo and the others fled, which was thanks to a wish from the dragon's spheres.
Elec has never heard of it, but says strange things have happened before, like Freeza's resurrection
and feel that you have a connection to these events. Maki remembers hearing about the Namekuseijins too. Gas says that
they used to live on the planet Cereal. Oil wonders if they were also eliminated. Elec says that one of them
survived, his name is Monaito and he is the old man who lives with Granolah.

On the Cereal Planet, Monaito an old namekusejin is sitting watching TV. Granolah arrives with the water he bought
and says that the owner of the store said hi. While they are having dinner, he says about his work stop
on account of Freeza's return. Monaito asks if the Heaters told him to defeat Freeza, Granolah
he says he would do it even for free. Monaito tells him to cool his head, Granolah then sees the sphere of a star in the room.
Monaito does not allow Granolah to use Dragon Balls for revenge. Either way he needs two stars
that has been lost for a long time. Monaito says that Dragon Balls are originally used by a Brave Warrior in a ceremony.

Meanwhile, in new Namekusei. Moori teaches the young namekusejins, including Esca about the knowledge of the dragon spheres.
He explains that depending on the breeder, the quantity and size may change. And in Namekusei, each village has one.
Morri explains that Dragon Balls can exist on other planets that have namekusejins. He uses Dende as an example.
He is then asking if he knows of other planets that have the spheres. He's not really sure. But I died
says he knows that the Namekuseijins originally came from another world to this universe, and that he heard it say
that some live on other planets, besides Namekusei.

He is asked about the situation of others, and he fears that they have probably already been killed.
Back on the planet Cereal, Monaito says that time ago ten namekuseijins lived there, but only he survived.
And if he dies, the spheres will disappear. Granolah then wants to act soon to ask the planet to return as it was
50 years ago, but Monaito tells him not to forget the friendly sugarjins and forget about revenge and go to rest.
Monaito then sleeps, Granolah is watching TV and suddenly a bombshell news on TV.

A surgeon while looking for insects on the mountain
found the 2-star sphere. But they don't know what that is, Granolah then disguises himself and immediately runs into the city,
he steals the two-star sphere from the rested scientist sugarjin. The police search for the thief, but Granolah
it's already far from the city.

Oatmeel asks if he is really ok with ignoring Monaito's orders.
Granolah tells Oatmeel to hurry up, as he has an idea and asks Oatmeel for the key word to summon the dragon.
Granolah summons the Dragon, who says that he will fulfill any wish within its limits.Oatmeel says that Granolah can make the wish
in the common language, Granolah then makes his wish. "I want to be the strongest of all, become the most powerful warrior in the universe!"

Beerus: If you are stuck in such a thing, then your evolution will not go beyond what you are now.
--------------------------------------------
Goku: This Beerus-Sama technique ...
It is true that in the past I tried to copy it, but I failed ... (probably referring to Hakai's attempt at Zamasu)
Whis: Just destroying a jacket with that power ... not everyone can master it. (In the case saying he has high level control over Hakai)

Image of Monaito, the Namekuseijin who lived on the planet Cereal and ended up becoming Granolah's "grandfather" and the creator of the two dragon spheres.

Granolah images asking to become the strongest. (weaker than Broly).

When you think about it, the universe would be totally different if Beerus had just done his job instead of sleeping so much or destroying random planets for petty reasons and had destroyed Moro, Majin Buu and Bibidi, King Cold and his sons and empire and the Saiyans.

Dragon Ball Super chapter 70 drafts will officially come out on March 11.

Although the first official image of Chapter 70 has already been released:
Granola: "I ... accept all conditions".

OBS: (broly is stronger than everyone)

"Weaker than Broly" is that a confirmed spoil or just your headcanon?
My headcanon, although it is just the truth.
No, I don't take anything from games, drawings etc ... or anything like that, just akira's words, and the magazines bring something new, like information that can be taken as CANON when it comes to the DBS manga for example everything that was what is said about broly in the magazines is canonical and compatible with the current escalation of DBS.
Other than that, I do not consider other things canonical, nor do I see.
