Hmm, depends because we know an endgoal of the series comes back to an event happening on FI. Unless Laugh Tale and Mariejois (which is above FI) are in the same place, its not necessarily possible unless we have 2 major conflicts at least.

Imo, the Marines and 4 Yonko fight over One Piece (Marines more being preventing anyone from doing it). Then the WG is taken out last. The other 4-5 factions lose in a huge war. The fight for one piece "most interesting" part of the story according to Oda, just based on how grand it might be. That doesnt mean its the exact ending of the series though

Mihawk is Zoro's final end goal his literal dream for the entire manga.

Oda won't sacrifice Zoro's manga long dream for the purpose of new character lmfao.

I do think that at this stage Mihawk probably won't be Zoro's final battle.

But that has no bearing on how Shanks compares to Mihawk.

Honestly? I am already sadisfied with Mihawk title being false.
Since, honestly, I don't care about Shanks vs Mihawk thing, but being serious titles aren't "Absolute Truth" as people think, they're Just reputation. So I am already sadisfied with a W about titles being useless and not truth.
