Does Ryokugyu Have A Black Blade?

I mean the chapter of Ryokugyu beating King/Queen with his sword on his hip was before Road to Laugh Tale was released, so there's no reason for it to not have been mentioned at all if it was really a black blade.
The Black Blade wasn't addressed even in the manga, so.

It is like asking why in Road to Laugh Tale Gandhi sword's wasn't addressed as the Shodai Kitestu even if it is 99 out of 100 the Shodai Kitetsu: because even if we have seen it, that sword wasn't officially confirmed or addressed as such in the manga before Road to LT.

Why does the guy who has a black blade use his sword less than Cancerbeard? Why did Greenbull not use his supposed black blade against the scabbards? Why did Oda not have the people of Wano ask Greenbull "How the fuck do you have a sword that looks like that of Sword God Ryuma?" at any point?

Is Greenbull that dumb he forgot he is actually a super strong swordsman all this time? Did Oda forget to tell the Anime staff too? Hell, did Oda himself forget to just draw Greenbul using his sword?

What is the next cope gonna be?

Seriously, it was ALWAYS a dumb take to claim Greenbull would have a black blade because he NEVER FUCKING USED IT, and not a SINGLE soul in Wano commented upon it. In the land where the last black blade user was worshiped as a fucking deity, somehow nobody takes notice of the fact that a new guy wielding a black blade showed up!

That this cope thread was even made despite such overwhelming evidence against the idea of Greenbull having a black blade is:

“In the anime the sword is plain meaning it’s not a black blade” + “just because the blade isn’t plain doesn’t mean it has to be black it can be any color”
Easily one of the most brain dead arguments. How do y’all not realize that your main points literally contradict each other lol
Lol what? The argument is if there is even a single instance where the blade isn't black, then the entire GB kokuto agenda goes down the drain.

It doesn't matter what color it is, it simply isn't black.

A black whip =\= a sword drawn twice as black while resting at Greenbull’s hip.
It isn't a black whip, it's color is red - Oda drew it in the new Volume cover.

It's very simple, B/W coloring in the manga alone doesn't make it a Black Blade.

?
That doesn’t change what I said
You coming to the conclusion that the blade might be a different color makes your whole point of using the anime irrelevant

Again even some people using the anime to disprove it’s a black black believe it might be a different color besides plain
:sanmoji:
When both people that agree and disagree about ryokugyu having a black blade don’t think the anime is fully reliable than yeah it isnt
Your are on borrowed time just like most of your horrible takes on everything relating to Zoro and Mihawk you will be taking another huge L :kata:

A pitch black blade attached at the hip is, using the most sensible approaches, a black blade until proven otherwise like it is now.

It’s crackpot to have always said it wasn’t black when the single two times we’ve seen it, it was shaded that way.

it’s reading comprehension 101

Arguments for
-Blade that is colored black
-A hamon indicating the sword is unsheathed
-Hamon means its a katana

Arguments against
-Two showings without using the blade
-Dedicated swordsmen being reserved and stoic contrary to the wildest logia
-Some piss poor magazine drawing

If you read the narrative he shouldn't have one, but based on the drawings you can definitely make an argument for a black blade

I said i really don't care what color it ends up being.
That doesn't mean i "came to the conclusion that the blade will have a different color".

All i know is that, the blade isn't black. Learn to live with it, instead of running around in circles. :kayneshrug:

The blade being black doesn't mean anything in a black and white manga, it could be fucking purple for all we know.

To be honest, it's considerably more likely that Ryokugyu painted his sword than it is him having a black blade, there are only two black blades in the entire manga and there's no fucking way Fraudbull's ass created one.

The anime in general did Greenbull no favors. It happens from time to time, Kaido almost always looks more retarded on screen than when Oda draws him.

The colored manga will have Greenbull rocking that color much better
