If Blackbeard has 3 fruits and the 3rd is a zoan, he is essentially representing the Devil Fruit argument (he has shown minimal haki, but yes Im sure he is up there too). We know Akainu has both top haki and an extremely powerful DF. Then you have Shanks, no fruit, but basically just Roger in portrayal.

This is why imo all 3 are going to be involved in whatever major conflict comes after Elbaf. Because they all seem to represent each. Luffy technically is the same argument as Akainu but with a Mythical. Then you have Buggy who is a Paramecia lol, but he has no Haki.

Shanks needs to be defeated first by BBP. It was implied through the whole serie that BBP vs RHP needs to happen.
Blackbeard because Oda gave him super powers but didn't make him invincible like a true final villain should be. And also the very fact Shiryu vs Zoro will happen before Mihawk that means indirectly also Luffy vs BB.

Akainu as FA won't move his ass until SHP attacks Marineford 2.0 or Mariejoa. So safe to say Akainu among the last.

Mihawk vs Zoro, simply because it would be Zoro's last fight in the manga.

Imu vs Luffy, same as Zoro vs Mihawk.

I don't buy Im as the final villain, imo BB will trick him too so he falls first and Akainu even before him as he will defend Im. Then there is BB realizing Xebec dream and actually becoming the final villain, Shanks dies or at least loses in the process, eventually Mihawk is defeated too in this period of time (by Zoro) maybe killed for good by BB (a Shanks and Mihawk vs peak power BB could be very good). BB ultimately falls vs Luffy.
