He saved Momo already. Luffy had already given directive to Yamato to protect Momo after. Sanji's actual role with Momo ended at that point, there's zero indication there needs to be more

Zoro has stronger CoA than Law yet Law can teleport him.

I think the teleport and departing body parts work like. If someone is not protecting himself from the swap with Haki focused and etc he will allow to get teleported or not.

But if someone tries to force a block with his Haki Law can't depart his body or teleport him.

So the thing is Big Mom can get her body departed and teleported if she doesn't hold herself back with Haki. But if she does Law can't do shit.
