Chapter Discussion Did the Sanji Gag in the recent chapter bother anyone?

What previous character development?
The development here is Sanji's relationship connection having a +1.
Expanding any part of a character is a development, like Oda giving us info about Sanji disliking spider in Jaya.
So in a Sanji character description, his list of acquaintances now also includes Stussy (as opposed to previous arc where they never interact).
Is it good or bad? Of course it's good, because it opens up a potential new subplot with the character. He previously didn't have any. From absolute nothing to a possible something is always good.
E.g. Zoro requesting something from Vegapunk in the start of the arc opens up a new subplot, whereas Brook didn't create any in this arc.
Do I like them or not? I don't. Rizzing girls should involve/talk about the girl themselves so they feel cared/paid attention, not about the boi offering himself.
