Questions & Mysteries Do Emperors' territories make trade with each other ?

Do you think that the Emperors and their territories, despite the ongoing rivalry between the Emperors, actually have some connections with each and do make at least some trade between them using legal or illegal ways via the Underworld ?
If yes what kind of goods could be traded ?

I bet there has been a ton of business conducted between Kaido and Big Mom...whether it’s directly between the two or through their emissaries in the Underworld, they’ve absolutely swapped weapons/potentially Devil Fruits as well.

However, in my opinion, Whitebeard/Shanks/Blackbeard wouldn’t or didn’t engage in this kind of thing - Whitebeard because he felt confident enough in his own abilities and could act as he pleased; Shanks because he’s all about diplomacy (or is funded by the WG?); Blackbeard because of his hubris/desire to take what he wants rather than negotiate.

The Underworld is probably the most proficuous commerce reality that we have in the OP world.

Black market in general is what I expect and yes it probably involves inter exchanges and not just intra exchanges.

I am not that sure about Whitebeard. Ace novel said that he and his crew did have some connections such as an spying network and bounty collecting and the medicine Whitebeard took had the Donquixote Pirates logo on it.

Fair enough, they are still pirates after all. I’m just thinking that he wouldn’t deal with his former Rocks crewmates for that kind of thing.

I wonder if Doflamingo's plan to subdue the World Government has anything to do with it. I don't think he was just looking for Law's DF, he probably was looking for something else, like an ancient weapon. Or Law's DF could have been the key to something else.
