Well. Marco was injured and pinned down by Kairoseki. He even asked if Luffy did it. So not even his consciousness was on point.
That injured story does not work because Luffy was in worse shape throughout impel down and Marineford respectively when he used Conquerors Haki.

Like others said, Katakuri only got it because he was supposed to "mirror" Luffy.

This argument doesn't mean much. As @comrade said, Oda just wanted to draw parallel between Luffy, Whitebeard and Shanks. Ace also had conqueror haki, but wasn't mentioned
Yes, it does. Marco clearly couldn't use CoC to save Ace. He was flying to the location instead.

Read what Whitebeard said. Having leader "types" like Oden under him is a bitch to manage. Marco is clearly not like that. I made a thread a long time ago that 2nd division commander before Ace was Oden, because that division is the "CoC" division.

Marco wasn't only injured, he had Kairoseki handcuffs. He couldn't even get up with them. This was Marco at the time:

Eyes barely open, shaking, lying on the ground. being so taxed that he wasn't even sure whether Luffy was the one using CoC.

Yes, it does. Marco clearly couldn't use CoC to save Ace. He was flying to the location instead.
See my point above. CoC is also a last resort to stop the people executing. That wouldn't save Ace though, they had to physically safe him anyways.

It was all about Luffy using CoC. For the tension and the surprise. Luffy saving his brother in the last moment, proving at the same time his potential to the world and the marines realizing what future threat he might become. With Oda using that moment to mention Luffy in the same breath with Whitebeard and Shanks, two other Yonkos.

That doesn't mean Marco does have CoC, but the arguments against it are weak though. It's for the purpose of storytelling, that Luffy used CoC and was paralleled with two other Yonkos.

Is this an actual argument, lmao?

Doing so would mean losing her Warlord title
The same Boa that went around beating marines left and right
the same Boa that stopped Smoker from beating Luffy

the same Boa that stopped and destroyed the pacifista targeting Luffy
didn't use CoC to help Luffy because she was scared according to you? Lol. Actually using CoC to knock out a couple of marines and what not would be far less suspicious than actually kicking them and fighting them.

Doflamingo didn’t care enough to use it.
Doffy was enjoying the chaos around him, but still didn't even use it once to get rid of some WBP fodders and spread more chaos.

Sengoku never used his (databook) CoC for the same reason why he didn’t do anything else in the war.
Sengoku actually devised a plan to destroy the WBP from the inside and try to reduce their manpower and cause a disturbance in their rows

but never once thought about using his CoC to get rid of some fodder. Makes no sense.

Marco not using his CoC when Ace was about to die just makes no sense
@comrade explained this already.

Attacking random fodder Marines is nothing compared to knocking out the executioners who are about to execute the guy that the war is centered around.

Sengoku’s CoC wasn’t even canon at the time, and unlike Marco, Sengoku was never put in a situation where he absolutely had to use it.

Luffy can use CoC while unconscious so Marco has no excuses

Where did that comparison come from? I never said Boa needs to knock out the executioners, I said she could have used it to help Luffy, which she didn't, but she did attack marines, Smoker, pacifista and almost anyone in Luffy's way. You don't have an explanation to that.

The same can be applied to Marco.

and unlike Marco, Sengoku was never put in a situation where he absolutely had to use it.
Sengoku actively devised a plan to reduce the number of WBP, but never thought about using his CoC to knock some of them out. Again no explanation to that.

There have been numerous instances where characters should have used CoC but didn't. I am not saying Marco has CoC 100 percent, but the arguments against him are pretty weak.

I think King has it

Whitbeards first mate class was Oden
Rogers was Rayleigh he had it too
Big Moms first mate Kata has it
Prob King has it too
Ben could have it too

Kata was the Antithesis of Luffy. I don't know if the other have that kinda extra tbh.
King had his shared introduction with Queen, mimicking Sanji and Zoro. Marco is basically confirmed not to have it.
Shiryu is a sneaky guy, he doesn't necessarily strike me as a conqueror.

Beckman would be my bet. He seems like a guy, that could easily have his own crew.
