Gear 5 Luffy push Kaido to his limits. Zoro best attack failed to knock Kaido out of his feat as he accept.

And Current Luffy condition is far far far worst than Kaido.

Thirsty Luffybros shouldnt try to power scale.

What makes you think Luffy is strong?
His damaji seems just as low as ever, equal to his base...
Jumping the rope is all nice and good but it does 0 damaji.
Nothing much changed aside from stamina refills due to "funny heartbeats".
One Ragnarok was still enough to defeat him.
So, what's "so strong" about Luffy?

From what I see, Zoro still one-shots him, just like before.

Kaido went through a gauntlet, Luffy is on his 6th round, he is still going to extreme diff and might even take another L before ZKK.
Luffybros: Luffy is so strong, he can beat his entire crew.
Reality: Luffy gets one shotted by Zoro.

Let's just hope he is now strong enough to beat his next opponents in one round, and won't need Zoro to finish them for him. I guess that's reasonable considering we're "near" the end. No more than two rounds, please Oda, enough is enough.

The bigger issue is how oda maintains a sensible power scaling scale post wano. You don’t want the guy who just beat kaido to struggle with some fodder (in comparison to him) like he did with ulti earlier in the arc. While things like that in the Grand scheme of things mean nothing, we all know how the fandom will react.
